Read a map

Use the mouse to click on the nearestmain topic (above or below)

Use the arrow keys to navigate to the‘hidden’ branch.

'Arrow up' jumps to the new main topic above

'Arrow down' jumps to the next main topicbelow. You can't see this selection(because it is hidden), but it is,nevertheless, valid.

Now you can either

Press the ALT­key and use the arrowkeys to move the main topic back into thewindow

Or use Shift­Del to copy (and delete) themain topic into the clipboard

After that click on the title and use "Insert"to insert the main topic back again intothe map.

Create a map

Click de mind manager button, then click new

The central topic is already selected

Simply type to replace its text with your map`SPress enter when you are finished

Organized Your maps

You can move topics easily using drag and drop.

Select the topic and drag it to a newposition on the map

A visual cue appears showing where thetopic will be added

You can also use cut, copy and paste tocommands on the home tab to move andcopy topics

To delete one or more topics select thetopics and press delete

This removed the topic and all its thedescendents from the map
