CANCELLATIONS & LATE ARRIVALS All appointments are secured with a credit card, or gift certificate when booking. We will be happy to reschedule or cancel your appointment with a minimum of 24 hours notice. On booked packages, we require 48 hours notice. There will be a 100% charge if you fail to notify us. If you arrive late we can offer you the remaining time on your treatment.
