1. Introduction
The Borescope Inspection was carried out in accordance with the PW124B/PW127/PW127E/PW127F/PW127M Maintenance Manual P/N: 3037332, Rev. 47, Mar 17 / 2014, ATA 72-00-00 ENGINE-INSPECTION/CHECK-1, Paragraph 9.
The results of this Borescope Inspection and subsequent performed actions are described in this report. Borescope Inspection performed at the facility of StandardAero, Kranenberg 2 Tilburg,

3. Borescope Inspection Findings
3.1 Turbomachinery Module
Low Pressure Impeller:
Minor FOD mark seen, No action required at this time.
High Pressure impeller:
No findings and/or observations.
Intercompressor Case Air Plenum:
Oil wetted I.C. obseved around towershaft internal tube. Pict 1. No oil seen at drain,this is acceptable for continiued service .
Combustion Chamber Outer Liner:
Normal in service defects seen, several fuel nozzle tips (hsg) burned. Pict. 2 and 3.
Combustion Chamber Inner Liner:
Normal is service defects like burned cooling ring. Pict. 11.
Small Exit Duct:
No findings and/or observations.
HP Turbine Vane Ring Segments:
Two vanes have category 4 damage at leading edges, inner shroud of several vanes burned. Pict. 4 & 5 .
HP Turbine Blades:
Major erosion seen on leading edges of all blades.Pict 6 & 7. At platform of blades on one location is was observed that a seal is forced out or piece from hp vane is stuck between two blades. Pict. 8.
HP Turbine Shroud Segments:
Minor rubbing seen on shrouds. Pict 9.
LP Turbine Stator:
Minor hairline cracks at trailing edge.
LP Turbine Blades:
No findings and/or observations.
First and Second stage Power Turbine Stator:
No findings and/or observations.
First and Second stage Power Turbine Blades:
No findings and/or observations.

No findings and/or observations.

No findings and/or observations.
4. Conclusion
The engine may continue in service with subsequent inspections carried out as defined below.Due to erosion at leading edge, a repeat borescope inspection and power assurance check must be carried out within 300 flight hours. Subsequent borescope inspections and power assurance checks must be carried out at intervals not to exceed 300 flight hours. Due to cat 4 damage on hp vane segments, sub-sequent borescope inspections must be carried out at 400 flight hours max. 6&7 brg vent tube is cleaned before engine test
