Nationals & Expatriates.

1. Academic qualification of applicant in the field of accounting from any university, certified higher institutions any equivalence institution, or certificate states that the auditor is previously registered in the accounting register or fellow- up register in any emirate upon provisions of federal law No. (9) Of 1975, provided submit papers that prove its exercise the job upon provisions of this law.2. Equivalence certificate attested from Ministry of higher education for all academic certificates that obtained from outside UAE.3. Fellowship certificate from any accounting institution that issued upon renewing the resolution of Minister, or membership certificate obtained by the applicant for a period not less than (5) years (not compulsory to UAE nationals).4. Experience certificates from previous working companies that state exercise accounting works or fellow-up and shall be attested upon the rules.5. Certificate confirms that he is a partner of one UAE national’s auditors that registered in working- auditors record or working with him. (For non-nationals).6. Identity card, family register and passport (UAE nationals).7. Identity card and passport with residence visa (for non-nationals).8. Police Clearance from Police Department.9. Personal photos.10. Attest all certificates and documents issued from outside UAE upon applicable rules, and submit the duplicate copy.11. Legal translation of all certificates and documents into Arabic Language with submitting the duplicate copy.

• Registration committee of auditors. • Economic departments in the state.

7:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.

• Pay required fees and issue registration certificate upon serial number following the previous number, for a period of three years from the date of registration committee's decision.• �e auditor shall be submitted registration certificate after signing oath provided by law. �e auditor shall inform the Ministry later about his address & office’s address within two months as from the date of oath.
