Special notes: …the email ‘areyd777@gmail.com’ has been blocked; I have not had access to it for the past 21months (approximately); only my husband and I had the password, which has been changed since and not by me; the security settings have also been changed preventing me from re-setting the password for access; the said email account contains evidence of consistent job hunting and numerous emails sent to the relevant ministries of Malta complaining of Family Violence - to no avail. My Facebook account attached to this email also blocked, not by me – I lost all my contacts from Australia and my children’s communication voicing their intentions to keep in touch with me and evidence of infidelity against my husband that I was storing on the said Facebook profile; I also had emails sent by my husband to my said Facebook account impersonating my son, emails that my son did not send. My husband Facebook posts and his list of friends were also visible on this account during the separation process and at a time where his extramarital affair was at its peak… I wrote to Facebook and attached a copy of my Maltese ID Card to retrieve the said Facebook account to no avail.
