Minimal Invasive Conventional Surgery for GI Cancer: Review of 8 cases

Case 2: 70 years old male with advanced distal gastric cancer . Presented with gastric outlet obstruction &evidence of bleeding &
anemia , occasional melena , once hematamesis Staging pre operatively was T3 , N3 , M1. Palliative distal gastric resection with Billroth reconstruction
done. Uneventful recovery &send for oncologist . 6 months later , no obstruction , no bleeding , cachexic . The Histopathology was poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma T3 No comment on LN .
