Case 6: 85 years old man with obstructive Jaundice one month duration
with no pain. ERCP was not available at the time of his presentation in
Suleimany. Imaging was in favor of ca. head pancreas with multiple Para
aortic lymph node, the biggest one was 5cm in diameter, with distended gall bladder.
FNA of the head was showing dysplastic cells. Cholecysto- jejunostomy has been done by 2cm incision under
local anesthesia. The patient had good recovery 1 year later. There was no jaundice, only pain.
