Minor Registration FormCentershot Ministry

Centershot is a ministry that uses Archery as a platform to share the gospel of Jesus. The Team Leader for this ministry, Erik McConnell has been certified by NASP, a nationally recognized program that stresses safety and positive teaching.

Participants will learn the "11 Steps to Archery Success," a concept written by US Olympic Archery coach Tim Strickland. Archery equipment needed for this program will be provided by CHC.

Bows, arrows, and targets have been designed to work together to provide a safe, quality shooting experience.

Cost for participants is only $10.

Archery instruction and our eight Flight study called "The Plan" meet on Tuesday evenings at 6pm in the CHC EDGE Room (2nd Floor) for eight weeks and are about 90 minutes per Flight.

Due to the size of our range class size is limited to 20 shooters.

Recommended age is 10 & above and parents are encouraged to participate as well.

Pre-registraton is required. Forms for adults and children are attached. Please complete the form of your choice and include your payment of $10 per participant. For and in consideration of permitting the above-named individual to participate in CENTERSHOT, or use any facility or equipment of Colonial Hills Church, or engage in and/or receive instruction in any activity or activity incidental thereto SOME OF WHICH MAY INVOLVE DANGERS AND RISK OF BODILY INJURY connected to Colonial Hills Church in the city of Southaven, County of DeSoto and State of Mississippi, the undersigned hereby voluntarily and absolutely releases, discharges, waives and relinquishes any and all loss or damages or actions or causes of action for personal injury, property damage or wrongful death occurring to the above named individual as a result of the above named individual riding in or driving church owned vehicles, or using facilities or equipment of Colonial Hills Church, or engaging in or receiving instructions in any activities (some of which may involve dangers and risk of bodily injury) or in activities incidental thereto wherever or however the same may occur, and for whatever period said activities or instructions may continue.
