Sentember 5.2019— Mr. Karant voiced a complaint that theretreat is scheduled during a weekday before the Board meeting. This is an extended Boardmeeting. A retreat by definition is offsite with a facilitator. A retreat is meant to be asocial/educational tool in an informal atmosphere. Perhaps send a survey to cover the purposebehind a retreat This is an important tool to use and build on. Ms. Skoda replied perhaps thesurvey didn’t cover the intent We saw it as a way to deliver educational information and vote onpriorities. Perhaps we will send another survey with a different intent Mr. Snell advised heagreed in part; remarked perhaps schedule every so manyyears but not an annual event If it isa social event; perhaps staffdoesn’t need to be included. Perhaps go to dinner after a Boardmeeting. Ms. Skoda recommended scheduling a retreat when Cl-IA/CHIP data is available forreview.

Ms. Skoda passed around the thankyou cardfrom retiree Louise McMinn to the Board.
