What should a resident do when they call the Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Anima'l's and do not get any response from the Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals about stray animals.
14.2 Councill'or T. Lennox-Zepp- Recording Contracted Services Complaints
Does The City have a process to record complaints about contracted services, so that Council coul1d be made aware of the complaints when the contracts exp·ire.
14.3 Councilllor B. Edwards- Parking Lot Issues -15th Avenue East and Muzzy Drive
Could lhe City communicate with the Prince Albert Roman Catholic Schol Division regarding the parking lot issues causing traffic to back up on 15th Avenue East and Muzzy Drive before 9:00 a.m. and after 3:00 p.m., which is caus 1ing safety concerns.

17.1 Motion- Councillor B. Edwards- Crescent Acres Parking Lot (MOT 18-23)

1. That the following be considered during the 20119 budget deliberation to be cost shared with the Crescent Acres Community Club :
Installation of the follow.ing at the Crescent Acres Parking Lot:
a. Speed bumps at both entrances;
b. Speed bumps in the parking lot;
c. Posts installed on grass area between both entrances;
d. Gates installed that are lockable at both entrances; and,
e. Security cameras install'ed which can view and capture negative activities that are ongoing and continuously reported by citizens, which include, but are not limited to stunting , ·littering, noise and regular parties;
2. That Administration provide options regarding the type of gate to install, such as retractable road traffic bollards, for consideration ; and,
3. That the concerns raised in the Motion for the Crescent Acres Parking lot be forwarded to the Board of Police Commissioners for review and report regarding the needs/requirements to curb the concerns.
