ISMS Objectives

- To Protect information and data from unexpected situation and unauthorized access for business continuity Scope

-The project will cover 4 sites ( Company) 1) Starfeedmill (M) Sdn Bhd 2) Asia Aquaculture (M) sdn Bhd 3) Charoen Pokphand Jaya Farm (M) Sdn Bhd 4) PK Agro Industrial Products (M) Sdn Bhd Challenges Application,Implementation and Support

- Review working process flow - Provide related document and ensure all documents can be access by IT

Application - Routine audit process - Provide IT FAQ to reduce duplicate report - To classify each document according to information classification

Technical - To educate user about rules and policies (illegal download, virus awareness and

etc.) - Disable physical drive access to all PC and laptop except for authorize person only. - Ensure to keep all IT Asset in appropriate place - All IT Asset need to be label - Ensure all disposed equiptment is follow the procedure.

Infrastructure

- Work under limited time for many sites to handle - Follow checklist when do any maintenance and backup - Manage User behaviours

- To protect data and business continuity Scope

Provision of secured it services to all group of companies • For it company covered are PKA, CPJ, AA and SFM

Challenges Application,Implementation and Support • Limited time management to complete the routine task & preparing ISMS • Pop up error not appear when user submit report without attachment that lead

to the report been declined • Delay from third party (BKK) responding

Technical • Limited time management to complete the routine task & preparing ISMS • Not enough Resource – tools (Hardisk, toolbox set)

Infrastructure

- Review/rebuild SOP - Limited time management to complete the routine task & preparing ISMS - Big scope to cover. (Server, Database, Network, Backup, DR)

Account and Procurement

• Limited time management to complete the routine task & preparing ISMS • Limited access to view module in SAP that lead to delay of work
