Agenda:   The Agenda of the meeting was to come up with presentations. Each team had 

researched three areas and upload their presentations with examples on 

collaborative blog. Every student member had came up with revised ideas and 

correction .we had also discussed about surveys and interviews which had to be 

taken by the student member which include faculty @SPSU.It was also decided 

that mentor, adviser, group leader and team members all have to be present on 

our next meeting, with all deliverables. 

 

Discussions & Decisions: 

1. Progress and issues about the internship programme can be discussed at:   

http://spsuservitium.ning.com/  All team members are advised to have his twitter account as suggested by Viplav. Each student should tweet login so that they can easily tweet with #spsuInternship.  

 

2. Survey and Interviews were decided to be taken at SPSU 

Viplav had advised us to conduct a survey and interview with in the campus 

which will be very much beneficial for our project progress .That survey will 

help us to know more about people’s way of thinking from that we will be 

having some more ideas. 

Viplav had also suggested some faculty name to be interviewed. 

   

 3. General discussion upon presentation:   Some more ideas were presented to Viplav and at the end Viplav had given some valuable suggestions which is uploaded on http://spsuservitium.ning.com   and http://www.box.net   on twitter we can tweet our ideas.   4. Time line:   All team members have to strictly follow the time line and proper schedule   which was suggested by Viplav and which was discussed with our concern faculty advisor.  

5. Next meeting was scheduled:   The schedule time for the next meeting was decided as 4th‐June‐2010 at 1100hrs. It was also decided that mentor, adviser, group leader and their team members have to be present on our next meeting.
