MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF THE COMMITTEE CONSTITUTED

UNDER RULE 90 OF THE DCS RULES 2007 UNDER THE

CHAIRMANSHIP OF SECRETARY (COOPERATION) on 31.01.2014 IN

RESPECT OF 05 MEMBERS IN DABAS CGHS LTD.

Dabas CGHS Ltd. was registered vide registration no. I122/GH. Presentregistered address of the society is Plot No. 6C, Sector-23, Dwarka, New Delhi-75.

It is submitted that the main draw of Dabas CGHS Ltd. was held on19.11.2013 by the DDA. In said draw, 61 members out of 74 members wereallotted flats. The name of said 61 members were recommended by the Rule-90committee held on 06.09.2013 for draw of lots. It is submitted that the FreezeStrength of the society is 81. The society submitted the list of 74 members whileremaining 07 vacancies are still vacant in the society. Out of 74 members,names of 61 members have been already cleared. Remaining 13 members weredetained due to following reasons:-

On the approval of the Competent Authority at para-783 at 296/N, thedetained members were requested to produce the documents as per deficiencylist on 16.01.2014 at 2:00 P.M. As per direction, on 16.01.2014, the President ofsociety alongwith following 08 members or their representatives appearedbefore the AR(NW-I) and produced their documents.

The documents submitted by i.) Sh. Deepak Jhamb & Smt. RubinaJhamb (M.S. No.-292), ii.) Sh. Parmeshwar Prasad (M.S. No.- 300), iii.)Smt. Prasad (M.S. No.-299), iv.) Sh. Daljeet Singh Jaswal (M.S. No.-279)and ,v.) Smt. Namita Sinha Vishwanath Sinha (M.S. No.-314) in respect oftheir residence proof in Delhi prior three years from their enrollment asmembers are admissible and acceptable as per DCS Act 2003 c& DCS Rules2007.

The RCS has approved the proposal of clearance of memberships of said05 members- i.) Sh. Deepak Jhamb & Smt. Rubina Jhamb (M.S. No.-292),ii.) Sh. Parmeshwar Prasad(M.S.No.-300), iii.)Smt. Seema Prasad (M.S.No.-299), iv.) Sh. Daljeet Singh Jaswal (M.S. No.-279) and v.) Smt.Namita Sinha & Vishwanath Sinha (M.S. No.-314) for forwarding to Rule90 Committee for consideration to forward his name for draw of lots to DDA.(para-817 at pg. no.- 305/N)

The matter in respect of clearance of memberships of 05 members whosenames are- i.) Sh. Deepak Jhamb & Snit. Rubina Jhamb (M.S. No.-292),ii.) Sh. Parmeshwar Prasad(M.S.No.-300), iii.)Smt. Seema Prasad (M.S.No.-299), iv.) Sh. Daljeet Singh Jaswal (M.S. No.-279) and v.) Smt.Namita Sinha & Vishwanath Sinha (M.S. No.-314) has been discussed in themeeting of Rule-90 committee and it has been found that said 05 members fulfill all theeligibility conditions as laid down under the DCS Act,2003 and DCS Rules, 2007. Thefollowing 05 names of members of Dabas CGHS l.td. are recommended to send toDDA for draw of lots:-
