Go to the QPP website: qpp.cms.gov

Click on the MIPS drop-down menu

Sign into QPP using your EIDM account information

Click “Eligibility” on the left hand side of the page or “View Eligibility” on the center of the page

You should now be able to see all of the MIPS-eligible clinicians within the TIN for 2018. You will NOT see 2017 MIPS eligibility information like
