Buildings
Title: General Agreement on Energy Saving in Buildings
Start Date: August 1, 2015
End Date: August 1, 2016
Client: Tehran Construction Engineering Organization
Location: Tehran Construction Engineering Organization and MIR
Company
Abstract:
The main purpose of cooperation between the Tehran Construction
Engineering Organization and MIR is reducing energy consumption
in largest energy consuming sectors specifically buildings. In order
to pursue such a goal, it is quite necessary to design and implement
a set of short and long term plans. Considering Realities and current
facilities is one of the main principles of designing any plan. The
design phase of control systems as the first phase of the project
should be started from Governmental building like most
commercials, complexes, educational, hospitals, hotels, etc. During
goal setting, levels of energy use intensity (kWh/m2) should be
considered. In order to achieve the aforementioned goal, practical
solutions should be designed; next, based on suggested solutions,
an executive program should be designed and implemented in
collaboration with Tehran Construction Engineering Organization.
Agreement Provisions:
Training
Research Based Projects
Design executive regulations of energy control and
management in buildings
Energy auditing of building
