Welcome Letter It is my great honor to welcome you onboard to our network marketing program. I must start off by stressing on one crucial principal
which we, at MDPL hold dear; we treat one-another, just as how we would treat a member of our family. Once you sign up to our marketing program, you will be treated with the highest respect, and utmost care.
Our mission and core values have a very broad horizon. The direct/network marketing industry, despite having been around for several decades, has been blotted with a bad reputation, ill-treatment of its distributors/franchisee holders, etc. We at MDPL have taken a strong stand to help the reputation of direct/network marketing transition into a well-respected, main-stream form of marketing. We are also the champions of stable income generation; we strive to ensure that we generate a well-respected form of sustainable business opportunity for all the distributors/franchisee holders who come on board with our network marketing program.

We also possess the AYUSH, Organic, GMP, Halal, FSSAI and ISO 22000 certification. We have also taken a further step to ensure the quality of our products by having them tested by a third-party laboratory (NABL) registered with the Government of India.

• Franchisee payouts and the franchisee sponsor payouts will be processed on a monthly basis.
The retail margin is the difference between the MRP and the DP.
This margin is kept at 15% for all products by MDPL.
2. NETWORK MARKETING PLAN
A. Retail Profit Legend: a. MRP - Maximum Retail Price
b. BV - Business Value
c. DP - Distributor Price
For example;
Say that you have purchased a product worth Rs. 833 at DP and you sell it at an MRP of
Rs. 980, your retail profit here is;
Retail Profit = MRP – DP
147 = 980 – 833
Therefore, your Retail Profit here is Rs. 147
Matching income is earned when the pairs of two legs are matched at the ratio of 1:1. Miracle Drinks business plan
requires a minimum of 1000 BV for matching (Explained in example 5.1). There is a weekly capping to Matching
Income, a maximum of Rs. 50,000 can be earned weekly. Carryforward is available on both legs; this means that as long
as both the legs are below the capping limit, both the legs will be carried forward (Carry forward is explained in example
5.2). Note – If both the legs cross the weekly capping limit, then ONLY the BV of the power leg (the business with the
biggest business value) will be carried forward.
Self Purchase - This is a grant by the company for all those who are unable to generate matching income in their
multiple business legs. This is explained thoroughly in Example 5.3
B. Matching Income
Example 5.1;
Let's say, that in one of the business legs, you have accumulated a BV of 1000,
and in another business leg, you have accumulated a BV of 1000; this means that
you have matched a pair. Each pair equals to a payout of Rs. 200.

Example 5.3;
Say, you have two business lines below you. But in this week, only one of
them has generated business of 10 Lakh BV, however, your other business
leg has failed to generate any business at all. You can still receive the
matching bonus if you ensure a SELF PURCHASE of 10 LAKH BV. If you
manage to generate a business of only, lets say, 8 Lakh BV, the difference
of 2 Lakh BV of that power leg will be carried forward.
Example 5.2;
Let's say, that in this week, you have accumulated a BV of 1200 in one
of your business legs, and a BV of 1100 in another of your business legs;
here 1 pair has matched. In the first business leg, there is a remainder of
200 BV and in the other business leg, there is aremainder of 100 BV, both
of these will be carried forward for the next week, and so on.

The first three levels, Diamond 1, Diamond 2 and Diamond 3 have a cumulative payout of 12% of the entire team turnover.
Diamond 4 (MDPL Career Club) has a payout of 4% of the entire company’s turnover while Diamond 5 (MDPL Super Career
Club) has a payout of 1.5% of the entre company’s turnover.
Note – When you progress towards a high diamond tier, the diamond payout will be in addition to the diamond payout of the previous tier.
C. Diamond Club Income
Diamond Club Income has five categories:
1. Diamond 1 - (Team Turnover) 6%
2. Diamond 2 - (Team Turnover) 4%
3. Diamond 3 - (Team Turnover) 2%
4. Diamond 4 - MDPL Career Club (Company Turnover) 4%
5. Diamond 5 - MDPL Super Career Club (Company Turnover) 1.5
For example,
If you progress from Diamond 1 to Diamond 2, your payout will include the payouts from Diamond 1 and Diamond 2, and so on.

This includes a commission of 6% of the entire team turnover.
To achieve the Diamond 1 tier, in one of the business legs, you
need a minimum of 3 Lakh BV (3,00,000 BV) and in another leg,
you need a minimum of 3 Lakh BV (3,00,000 BV).

Total Payout = 6 Lakh x 6% = Rs. 36,000
Once you have achieved the D1 tier status, lets say that your
downline has only achieved 2 Lakh BV, then in that case, you
will earn 6% of that 2 Lakh BV.

Total Payout = 2 Lakh x 6% = Rs. 12,000

This includes a commission of 4% of the
entire team turnover including the commission
of Diamond 1.
To achieve the Diamond 2 tier, two business legs
of yours must achieve the Diamond 1 tier (This
means that, your business associate in one of
your business legs must achieve the Diamond 1
tier and another of your business associate in
another business leg must achieve the Diamond
1 tier).

This includes a commission of 4% of the
entire team turnover including the
commission of Diamond 1. To achieve the
Diamond 2 tier, two business legs of yours
must achieve the Diamond 1 tier (This means

in another business leg must achieve the

Diamond 4 - MDPL Career Club IV.
MDPL career club offers financial freedom, the moment you achieve this, you start a partnership with the company, and will be eligible to earn directly from the turnover of the company. The 4% of the entire company's turnover will be distributed equally amongst all those who achieve the Diamond 4 tier.
To achieve the Diamond 4 tier, two business legs of yours must achieve the Diamond 3 tier (This means that, your business associate in one of your business legs must achieve the Diamond 3 tier and another of your business associate in another business leg must achieve the Diamond 3 tier).
The Diamond 4 tier will be calculated on the basis of Point Values in increments of 50,000 BV.

In addition to the benefits which you will receive from the MDPL Career Club (Diamond 4), you will also receive 1.5% of the entire company's turnover. This will be equally distributed amongst all the people who achieve the MDPL Super Career Club.
To achieve the MDPL Super Career Club, 5 people in your team must achieve the MDPL Career Club (Diamond 4). This means that in two of your business legs, 5 people must achieve a Diamond 4 status in a 2:3 ratio (Illustration given below), meaning that in one of you business legs, 3 people must achieve the Diamond 4 tier status and in the other business leg, 2 people must achieve the Diamond 4 tier status.
The Diamond 5 tier will be calculated on the basis of Point Values in increments of 50,000 BV.

Note - The combination of 2:3 ratio recommended here can differ,
this is just an example.
This is a step towards financial freedom, royalties are where you will eligible for a certain percentage of the company's turnover. There is no time-limit required to earn this. A total of 6% of the company's turnover will be distributed in 14 different categories. To receive royalties, a minimum self purchase of 390 BV is required on a monthly basis.
This is an accumulative royalty chart. For example, to achieve MD star, you need 50K BV. However, you achieve MD Bronze, you need to achieve another 1,00,000 BV, which will total to 1.5L BV.
