SOLIS SOLARCompanyOverview Solis was founded in year 2008. It is a company

Solis provides turnkey Solar EPC in both; Ground Mounted and Rooftop segments from concept to commissioning. Led by visionary leaders and industry veterans, we provide end-to-end solutions including engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) services for our customers seeking to build photovoltaic solar power plants.

Dr. Radhey Mohan (Chief Mentor): He has served on the several Boards of Directors of Canadian

Industries including Ontario Hydro (1990-99, Vice Chair 1992-96) and London Hydro Inc. (2005 onwards as

its Chair since 2014), London Region Renewable Energy Co-op (founding Chairman and President 2012-14)

and has Chaired (2007-14) Mayor’s Sustainable Energy Council, London.

Anuj Gupta (Director & CEO): Anuj as CEO is a seasoned Project execution man who has over 20 Years of

experience in developing, enhancing, and executing both Domestic and International Projects. Anuj is

founder of Solis and associated with Greenergy Technologies right from 2008.

Deepika Mathur (Director): Deepika has over 15 Years of experience in Global Sales & Marketing. She

has been associated with Solis Solar since 2009. She has a unique way of looking at market & converting

opportunities in business. Currently she is taking care of Project Sales & marketing communications for

the company.

RN Srivastava (CFO): Mr. Srivastava has over 35 years of Experience in accounting, financial

management, audit, managing projects, taxation, business planning and analysis across geographies in

Asia with global organizations in food, dairy, ice cream and water industry.

KK Jain (Advisor)): A power professional having more than three decade of experience in powerproject viz. Solar PV, Solar Thermal projects, Piping Projects, Hydro Power Projects, Fuel based Power plant, Gaspower plants, Marine & Indian Navy Projects. His experience is enhanced by Executive MBA from SP Jain Institute ofManagement, Mumbai and Electrical Engineering from The Institution of Engineers, Kolkata. He has held positions

up ground mounted megawatt scale solar

power projects for utilities and businesses.

GW ground mounted solar power by 2022,

In this model, the entire investment comes

from the power consumer, consumer generally

hire a solar EPC company who provide turnkey

installation of entire solar power system and

hand over assets to consumers. EPC also do

annual operation and maintained (O&M) of

plant on mutually agreed cost per annum.

In the OPEX model, an investor or project

developer invests the CAPEX and consumer

pays for the energy consumed/ supplied by

the solar power project delicately developed

for a particular consumer. Both consumer and

developer sign a long-term power purchase

agreement (PPA) for an agreed tenure &

tariff.
