CUSTOMER INFORMATION Mission Laboratories (Mission, Seller): Payment is due in full not later than 30 days from date of invoice. Consistently late payers risk losing Credit Privileges. Past due amounts over 30 days are subject to 1.5% financing charge. No order will be processed or released by the credit department if any invoices are past due. A 2% discount is given to all C.O.D. transactions. All returned checks are subject to $25.00 service charge. New Artwork Charges: There is a one-time charge of $50.00 per label to partly defray the cost of artwork, computer graphics, film positive and producing the silkscreen. A $25.00 charge will also apply for a customer request to change a phone number, address, etc. on an existing silkscreen. If a second color of ink is desired, there will be an additional $0.15 cents per bottle up-charge for gallon and $0.06 cents for quart containers and a $1.00 up-charge for each two (2) Color 5 or 6 gallon pail.
