1.  Preparing for PMI's® PMP® (or CAPM®) certification exam. (4-day and 1-day Power Review formats.) Helps prepare Project Practitioners for taking the Project Management Institute's (PMI's®) Project Management Professional (PMP®) or CAPM® certification exam. 2.  Project Management Overview. The Essentials. (1-day or 2-day, 8 or 16 PDUs.) A great primer or refresher on PMI best practices! For project management novices as well as experienced Project Managers that need a quick refresher on the basics, including the triple constraint, 5 Process Groups, 9 Knowledge Areas, 44 Processes, how to lead project teams, and more.

3.  Project Leaderment. (1-day or 2-day, 8 or 16 PDUs.) Manage the project, but lead the people! This course provides practical application techniques and information for anyone leading projects/subprojects, and will help leaders understand how to develop high performance project teams. Covers behavioral styles, conflict resolution, motivation, project team meeting facilitation tips, and more.

4.  Communication/Facilitation Skills for Project Managers (Stakeholder Management/Gathering Requirements). (1-day or 2-day, 8 or 16 PDUs.) Project Managers learn the importance of influencing stakeholders and facilitating the gathering of requirements. Experienced Project Managers and PMPs will appreciate the emphasis on continuous improvement and quality planning and control techniques.

5.  Project Risk Management: A Practical Approach. (1-day or 2-day, 8 or 16 PDUs.) Provides an overview of the project management tools/techniques associated with maximizing project opportunities and minimizing project threats. This course covers the strategy, identification, analysis, response, monitoring, and control of risks.) PMP® certified Project Managers have given this workshop high marks!

6.  Setting Up/Tuning Your PMO. (1-day or 2-day, 8 or 16 PDUs.) A great seminar/workshop for Executives, Project Sponsors, the PMO, and Project Managers. About The Instructor… Michael P. Airaudi, MSM, PMP

•  I cut my teeth in Project Management working for Cray Research, Inc. in Eagan, MN. Shortly thereafter, I began to apply project management principles to other endeavors. After relocating to Texas in 1997, I became the V.P. of Marketing at a small project management consulting company in Austin, Texas. From 2000 until 2004, I helped increase the process maturity level working as a Sr. Project Officer helping establish a Project Management Office at the Texas Department of Human Service’s Project Management Office. In April of 2004, I launched PM Mentors, full time, and continued to teach Project Management for the University of Texas, and Austin Community College. I have also taught for University of TX, Texas A & M, Texas Tech College, San Angelo State College, and Texas State Technical College. Helping people understand processes and become more successful is my passion.
