  • Application Process Fill out Application Form and pay application fee by April 1, for 8 week program by May 1, for 4 week program Send copy of the data page of passport Send bank statement or letter of financial support Missouri State University will send a letter of admission and the I-20 form Pay $200 SEVIS fee to the Department of Homeland Security Make appointment with U.S. embassy to get student visa Make air travel arrangements
