mixIT Update
We are continuing to progress with updates to mixIT and are excited to share the following
news with you. In this email we will provide the following:-
Communications generated and sent to customers, who book a demonstration or
purchase a Thermomix.
Dispatch update
Addition of ThermoServer to all Thermomix orders
Consultant details on invoice
Sales referrals

We are currently dispatching orders placed by 5th May. (Naturally there are some
exceptions while finance approvals are sought. If you are concerned about the progress
of an order prior to this date, please contact Customer Service.)
Consultants have experienced some difficulty matching Thermomixes they receive to the
correct customer. At the end of this update we have included images of labels indicating
how to identify the order number information on the box label. We are working to
include the customer name on each label.
Host Reward (2.6ltr ThermoServer)
At this stage mixIT does not allow for the free host reward (ThermoServer) to be added to a
Thermomix order after the order has been placed. This has meant that if a customer books a
delivery demonstration after the order is placed, a manual order for the free ThermoServer
has been required.
To minimise disruption to your business for an interim period we will automatically dispatch
the ThermoServer with every order. If a customer does not go on to hold their demonstration,
surplus ThermoServers must be returned to the Group Leader.
Please note this is an interim measure only until the process can be automated via mixIT.
Consultant details on invoices
We are aware that currently your details are being included on customer invoices. We are
working to rectify this as a priority.
Delivery Referrals
Please do not complete this field in the sales order process (step 3) unless you are unable to
deliver the Thermomix and need to have the delivery completed by another Consultant.
Customer Communication
In the following pages we have provided you with copies of all information received by a
customer throughout the progress of their customer journey. We have also included the
information you will receive at each stage.
Guest Confirmation – when a guest confirms their RSVP, they are invited to
complete this form and the information they provide populates their customer
record in MixIT:
