01.Use the infuser to soak a pinch of hibiscus owers in 1.7 oz of Gin for about 5 minutes.--------------------------------------02.While you are infusing your Gin add 5 to 6 ice cubes to a large wine glass.

Vodka Tonic with a Twist Recipe:

Recipe:

This traditional forti ed wine is slowly coming back to its glory days with more and more vermouth a cionados.

It is an elegant and aromatic drink, best enjoyed during an aperitif with friends.

Toque Ingredients:• Red vermouth• 3 to 4 cardamom pods• Cassia cinnamon (3 sticks)• 1 Vanilla pod • Ice cubes

Mixology Tools:Wine decanter // Sieve

01.The first step is to infuse the desired amount of vermouth with the botanicals. In the wine decanter deposit a few canella sticks (we will also slightly grate one into our preparation) 3 to 4 cardamom pods which we have slightly pressed between our ngers and a vanilla pod which we have split in half.

02. Leave to infuse with the vermouth for 3 to 5 minutes.--------------------------------------03. Pass the mixture through a sieve if necessary and serve it in a whisky type glass with a few ice cubes.--------------------------------------04. Garnish your glass with a canella stick and a slice of dehydrated blood orange.

Ingredients for one drink:• 50 ml or 1.7 oz of white Rum• Half a lime cut into quarters• 2 teaspoons of white sugar• 200 ml of sparkling water such as Perrier • 2 sprigs of Mint leaves• Crushed ice

In order to prepare this mojito the rst thing we have to do is to infuse 50ml of the white Rum of your choice (largest part of the jigger) in a pinch of malva owers. After about 5 minutes the Rum will have infused enough to reach the desired color. You can then proceed to prepare the mojito following the steps below.

01.In the same glass where you will serve your mojito, crush the quartered lime and the white sugar together with a muddler.--------------------------------------02.Put the mint leaves in the glass just above the crushed lime and press them slightly without crushing them. Proceed to add the malva infused rum having strained it previously in order for it to remain clear of any particles.

03.Stir the mixture well with a mixing spoon so as to dissolve the sugar as well as you can. Gin&Tonic RoséRecipe:

With a soft and light flavor, the Rosé accentuates the aroma of blood orange and roses in a unique and special fusion.

Ingredients:

• 50 m.l. of Hendrick’s gin• 200 m.l. Schweppes tonic• Coarse ice

Toque Ingredients:

• 5 mini roses• Dried Blood orange slices

Tools:

Balloon glass // Infuser cup ColanderBraided spoon // Jigger // Precision tweezers // Mortar

01.To infuse the gin, we grind four of our roses with a mortar and add the gin, letting the mixture sit for 5 minutes.-------------------------------------- 02.In a wide-mouthed glass introduce 4 or 5 ice rocks, cool the glass turning the ice, and discard any excess water that may have been produced.

03.Then, add your infused gin with the roses, previously strained to clean whatever that could be in suspension.-------------------------------------- 04.After the gin add the cold tonic..

05.Finally, garnish it with a slice of blood orange, looking for the caramelized and toasted tones of the orange. As a final touch, add a mini rose to decorate the glass and so that it is always close to our nose and enhance the perfume of this special cocktail.
