facility to retired MTNLemployees residing in BSNL areas i.e. adjoining area of MTN

Note:(1) The Dolphin Postpaid Sevanivritt Plan is to be exc1us

ively offered to MTNLretired employees, residing in the BSNL area, adjace

(Itto MTNL area havingDolphin coverage and who wants to opt in place of e

isting Landline facility aDolphin Postpaid connection. (2) MTNL will only provide SIM cards without handsets.(3) Service Tax as applicable will be charged.(4) Discount given local + STD combined while in horn

network only.(5) No ISD facility given.

(6) This plan has been given to retired employees in adjac nt BSNL area ofMTNL Mumbai having MTNL Mumbai mobile cover ge.

(7) Security Deposit: Local: Nil, STD & National Roamin : Nil(8) Beyond Free limit, charges will be applicable as per th defined plan.(9) The provision of commitment charge of Rs. lOa/-in e ery six months will not be

applicable in this plan.

(10) Approval and provisioning as per departmental proce~ure.(11) The employee has to fill up the required Customer ARplication Form along withthe documents.

(12) Free allowance is only for call charges and made in h~me network only.(13) No night free allowance as given in Landline.
