Bowler (Rtd), from the Republic of Malawi, is an internationally acclaimed diplomat having served as Ambassador to severalcountries throughout the world such as India, Nepal, Belgium, France, Switzerland, Luxembourg and Holland as well as being accredited to the European Union, European Parliament, The Criminal Court in The Hague, UNESCO, World Trade Organization, and UNICEF just to name a few. His most recent posting was as Ambassador to the United Nations and was elected Vice President of the UN 66th General Assembly. He has had a distinguished career in both the private sector as an entrepreneur and business leader of major corporations.
