Staff Management System



Purpose and Benefits Purpose •  Facilitate the management of staff Benefits •  Efficient and instantaneous communication with staff and supervisors •  Clear indication of shift location and schedule •  Better crowd control by the controllers at the control centers through allocation of staff

Staff Management System - Users CCCC

Controllers

•  Located at depot

•  Oversee system wide matters

•  Coordinate with MMMSL managers on staff monitoring

•  Coordinate with OCC on handling of incidents

SCCC Controllers

•  Located at the 9 stations

•  Coordinate with Station Master on staff management and handling of local incidents at the station

MRDA

•  To oversee the operations of MMMSL including: •  Staff

attendance •  Incidents and

emergencies

MMMSL Operation Staff

•  Team Leaders, Supervisors and Station Masters located at station and waiting area

•  Record of staff attendance

•  Communicate with Team Leaders and Supervisors

•  Report incidents



Key Functions – Staff You will be provided with a mobile device with the application to: •  Log in at start of shift •  Check your shift location and time •  Log out at the end of shift •  Communication with team leaders, supervisors

and control room staff •  Immediate incident reporting •  Check train schedule •  GPS systems on the handheld mobile will be used

to geo-locate your locations on the map view



CCCC and SCCC

Central Crowd Control Center (CCCC) •  Located at depot •  Responsible to handle system wide matters managed by the application Station Crowd Control Center (SCCC) •  Located at all stations (total 9) •  Responsible to handle station location matters managed by the

application •  Enquiries from staff regarding the application



Mobile Device

•  You will be provided with a mobile device for use during Hajj operation

•  Please sign the acknowledgement of receipt of the device and its accessories when receiving it

•  The device is strictly for the application use purpose •  The device must be brought to work at all times and fully charged •  Report loss, damage or not working device to the SCCC

immediately •  Return the device to SCCC on your last day of work



Login of the Application

• Sign up using the below default username and password: –  User Name: your mobile no. –  Password: mrda@123

• You are required to change your password and complete your profile once signed up

• Should there be any application update, you will be prompted to update while launching the app, please update to continue your usage



Attendance at Work •  Everyday you are required to log onto the

application at the start of your shift

•  Without logging on and signing in at your shift location, you will be considered as ABSENT

•  Please ensure the mobile device is brought to work at all times



Attendance Process Press “Clock In” on the home

page when you are starting your shift during usual sign on briefing

Press “Break” button when you start your break and timer will be

turned on

Press “Resume” button when you finish your break

Press “Clock Out” when your shift is finished and before leaving

your designated location

Note: you will be prompted to press “Break” if your location is out of your working area. If no response was received, you will be considered as absent.

If you have forgotten to bring or lost your mobile device: •  Sign on at SCCC manually with your barcode card •  Record loss of device

Incident Management Procedures

Evacuation following the routes indicated on the evacuation map shown on screen

Evacuation message will be prompted if required

Staff receive instructions to handle the incident through the App

SM direct SCCC Controllers to assist with staff communication using the App

SM/CC to handle the incident according to O&M procedures

Report to Station Master (SM) or Chief Controller (CC)

SCCC/CCCC received the message

Send “Panic” emergency or incident message to your supervisor



Usage Rules & Regulations •  This application is strictly for MMMSL staff usage during operation of the metro or

as advised by your supervisor for work purpose ONLY •  System can track any fraudulent or multiple usage related to the same account •  You are NOT allowed to:

•  Sign on for someone else

•  Sign on in more than one device •  Attempt to hack the system •  Use “SOS” button during non emergency situations •  Any other misconduct according to General Railway Safety Rule Book

Disciplinary actions including dismissal and disqualification will be taken for misuse of the application
