  • 2The syngo MultiModality Workplace is intended to be used for viewing, manipu-lation, communication, and storage of medical images on data exchange media.

    The syngo MultiModality Workplace can be used as a stand-alone device or with a variety of compatible syngo- and Windows XP-based software options as listed in this datasheet.

    The syngo MultiModality Workplace does not support the display of X-ray mammography images for diagnosis.

    The basic configuration of the syngo MultiModality Workplace includes Patient Browser, 2D Viewing, Filming and Ar-chiving and Networking. Common syngo applications for 3D post-processing, secu-rity and DICOM SR viewing are optional.

    It can be further extended with a broad spectrum of compatible modality-specific and cross-modality applications to suit your individual clinical focus, e.g. in angiography, cardiology or oncology.
