3.00 PROGRESS UPDATE
Impact
3.01 Project programme Rev 7 L5 P1 & P3 dated 10 June 2014 (attached) indicate that we are currently on programme to meet the 16 October 2014 date.
Note
3.02 MN advised that the revision 7 has been updated and added tasks around the BNZ Change Request period and the 3 month notice period for overseas expertise to undertake Whole Sale move back into Harbour Quays.
Note
3.03 MN requested that BNZ provides input in regards to the move back process and activities and durations of these to enable FCC and Impact to accommodate within the programme especially the data cabling which needs to take place prior to ceiling grid is installed.
BNZ 19/06/14
3.04 MN highlighted risk of additional Unistrut bracing equipment required following Beca inspection that got a 6 to 8 week lead-in time. FCC and trades are currently

investigating what additional bracing is available and what reasonable might be required. Once this taken place Impact will make a recommendation in conjunction with FCC and Beca to advise if additional bracing should be ordered to mitigate any risk to the programme.
Fletcher
3.05 External Works Thermosash has ordered the new glassing pane and method statement is being developed with Metro Glass for installation of the new pane. Works will be carried out during the week.
Note
3.06 Partitions P3 is near completion with painting underway. There are a few glass walls to be completed.
Note
3.07 Partitions P1 is progressing with existing walls being rebuilt to achieve seismic bracing requirements. Resolution of FDF room and auto door to be completed by Jasmax and Beca.
Note
3.08 Ceilings P3 ceiling bracing has been completed with secondary support stopped. This is due to that installation of the 2nd support is causing access issues for Aquaheat and Frank Miller to enable them to install their services bracing. This is not affecting the overall programme only the sequencing of the works.
Note
3.09 Ceilings P1 is on target to be completed by the 18 June 2014 which will release the services bracing. The P1 is taking much longer than P3 due to congestion of services and the time it takes to erect a platform to install the bracing.
Note
3.10 Services alterations are continuing to enable services bracing to commence next week. Delivery of Unistrut seismic bracing equipment is due on 16th and we been told by trades that this is on track.
Note
3.11 SP advised that the trades have confirmed they are on track to meet the programme. Beca is providing quick turn around on queries which assists in resolving any pinch points.

FCC 13/06/14
3.14 L5 P1 Partitions Revised FDF room wall detail was discussed and Impact to issue Jasmax drawings to BNZ for comments.
