WHAT IS GGBY?GGBY is the largest highline in the world. We started with around 20-30 slackliners gathering at what is now the “Fruit Bowl” and in 2017 we had more than 300 people participate in our Thanksgiving Highline Gathering. In 2018, more than 500 people attended the Festival and it continues to grow. The event hosts many activities including highlines, acroyoga, and the world-renowned Spacenet. The 2019 gathering is scheduled for Sunday, November 24th through

Thursday, November 28th.

WHO ORGANIZES GGBY?Slackline U.S. is the official organizer of GGBY and is a 501(c)3 tax-exempt non-profit organization. Slackline U.S. assists in access management for the slackline community, encourages environmental conservation, and fosters safe practices in all forms of slacklining

WHERE IS GGBY? WHO ATTENDS?GGBY is scheduled during the week of Thanksgiving every year and takes place at

the Fruit Bowl Highline Area outside of Moab, UT. Sitting over the picturesque Mineral Bottom Canyon, with the Green River in the distance, the Fruit Bowl is

home to one of the most spectacular vistas in the country. In 2018, GGBY had more than 500 individuals participate during the week of Thanksgiving and the attendance numbers continue

to grow. The GGBY Gathering attracts millions of video views on Youtube, Instagram, and Facebook and continues to grow its national audience as the activities evolve.

SPONSORSHIP BENEFITSBronze level sponsorship benefits include 1 social media post recognizing you as a sponsor leading up to the event as well as branding on the GGBY website (ggbygathering.org). Bronze level benefits include a free day pass to the event or two free day passes with a donation of $500 or more.

BRONZE

Silver level sponsorship benefits inlcude 1 social media post recognizing you as a sponsor leading up to the event as well as branding on the GGBY website (ggbygathering.org). Silver level gains you two full event passes to visit the Fruit Bowl and see how the event unfolds throughout the week. You’ll also receive 3-5 photos of your product or branding in use during the event with licenseing agreement.

SILVER

Gold level sponsorship includes recognition on the GGBY website, 2 social media posts recognizing you as a sponsor leading up to the event and one following, two full event passes, 3-5 photos of your team or your product in use during the event with licensing agreement, branding on the GGBY mobile app that is installed on mobile devices at the check-in booth, and two tickets for you to release as giveaways on your social media channels.

We value and encourage our local sponsors to get involved. If your donation does not fit into our sponsorship levels, we will work with you to customize a benefit program that works for your company. We strive to support the local community and will work with you to meet your needs. Let’s chat!

IMPACTofGGBY 2017 WAS A MILESTONE YEAR WITH MANY ACCOMPLISHMENTS THAT BENEFITED THE COMMUNITY AND PROTECTED THE ENVIRONMENT.

The GGBY medical staff is an all-volunteer team consisting of registered nurses, doctors, chiropractors, EMTs, medical students, and Wilderness First Responders. The staff seeks the following medical supplies to ensure that they are prepared should a situation arise.

HEALTH PROMOTION ITEMS:SUNSCREEN, AND SPF CHAPSTICK.

WOUND CARE SUPPLIES SUCH AS GAUZE BANDAGES, MEDICAL TAPE, SKIN TAC, GLOVES.

NON MEDICINE ITEMS USED FOR CARE: SPRAY BOTTLES, FLASHLIGHTS/HEADLAMPS, SAFETY PINS, COTS.

MEDICAL TENT SUPPLIES INCLUDING CHAIRS, TABLES, BACKPACKS, CHARGING/POWER SUPPLIES, WALKIE-TALKIES, LITTERS.
