Mobile Application Development for Health Immunization

Objective: Mobile application to capturing of location coordinates of the assets, capturing of

photo of asset, integration of related data to captured assets and all its related uses in offline

and online mode.

Functionalities of Mobile application:

Login activity:

User needs to login by using credentials like follows;

User name: Should be respective “Taluk name” as shown in the Figure 1

Password: kgis@123

Asset category activity:

Select the required asset to collect/capture the data, after selecting asset type it will go to map

activity.

Example: If the users select the Polio Immunization Booth (PI), then it will go to map activity

of PI. Similarly, if the users select the Routine Immunization Booth (RI), then it will go to

map activity of RI.


Map View activity:

Locate & Collect Button (Online): The pointer will show the current location using GPRS.

The user has to set the marker by clicking on the assets location then the latitude and

longitude will displayed along with location GPRS and the asset. If the user does not select a

point on map for which the data has to be collected before clicking on Data Collection, he

will be notified to set a location on the map.


Locate & Collect Button (Online) for both Polio Immunization Booth and Routine Immunization Booth

Locate & Collect Button (Offline): By click on "MARK ASSET” button for which the user

wants to collect data or else a notification will be as shown stating that “Please click on

MARK ASSET Button”

In case of Offline for both PI and RI


Data Collection activity:

If Polio Immunization Booth was selected in “select asset category activity” means,

by clicking on data collection button in “Map view activity” users are directed to Data

collection page of Polio Immunization Booth only after locating the points on the

map.

All the data regarding the asset like Planning Unit/PHC/CHC, Booth number-location,

Street, Locality, Town/Village, Pin code, Land mark, Remarks, Geo tagged photo

capture along with date and time stamp should be submitted.

After click on Data Collection button


Similarly if Routine Immunization Booth was selected in “select asset category

activity” means, by clicking on data collection button in “Mapview activity” users are

directed to Data collection page of Routine Immunization Booth only after locating

the points on the map.

All the data regarding the asset like Planning Unit/PHC/CHC, Sub centre, Site

location, Site address, Street, Locality, Town/Village, Pin code, Land mark, Remarks,

Geo tagged photo capture along with date and time stamp should be submitted.

After click on Data Collection button


Data View activity:

By clicking on data view button in “Map view activity” users are directed to Data

view page of Polio Immunization Booth.

All the information submitted will be displayed. In case, the Street, Locality,

City/Village, Pin code, Remarks needs to be modified manually.

The edited values can be saved by using “Save” button.

To delete the previous collected values “Delete” button can be used for both Polio

Immunization Booth (PI) and Routine Immunization Booth (RI).

“Prev” button is used to go to previous page and “Next” button is used to go to next

page

After click on Data view button

To save the edited values

To go to previous page

To delete the captured data

To go to next page


Data Sync activity:

Once the data collection is completed and when the user gets internet connection, they can

synchronize the data to the online server using a “Data Sync” tab present on Map Window.

There is a sync button on the right top of the page.
