Inventory Report

Allows validation ‐ Provide a comparison of changes
Allows editing of the report (but not saved directly to AMR)
After validation – allows changes to be posted to the AMR – no financial impact
Changes posted:‐ Scan status per AMR‐ Inventory count number‐ Inventory date
Best Features
Online solution for the asset inventory process‐ More user friendly and intuitive‐ Eliminates the need for a third party application‐ Real time (online solution for now)‐ No financial impact
Roles Segregation‐ ASC can indicate who will do the scanning
Reporting‐ Facilitates better inventory reporting
‐ A meaningful stock take report to capture results of the count and allows the display of the changes from the master data, highlights reconciling/action items
‐ Allows information from MAIA to be reflected in ZASSETLIST, which is the basis for Inventory Count reporting (signed by COMs and submitted to ACO)
‐ Ability to store inventory records

Sticker printing was enabled for ordinary A4 printers (HP etc)
No need to purchase ZEBRA printer for this purpose
Move to QR CODE (upon MAIA deployment)
Due to performance considerations, MAIA will use QR Code instead of Barcode
A QR code is capable of being read in 360 degrees, from any direction, horizontally or vertically
Printing via ZABC (same)
