ABOUT MOBILE BANKING SYSTEM CONNECTION

1. To connect and work in the Mobile banking, you need to have:

1) A mobile phone, supporting Android or iOS operational system;

2) Payment card, emitted by the Bank;

3) Valid phone number, specified when opening the payment card in the Bank.

2. To start using the Mobile banking, it is necessary to download the application

“VTB KZ Online” from the Play Market or App Store to your mobile phone.

You will receive a message,

enter the confirmation code for

After entering the confirmation code, your phone

number will appear automatically

in the “Login” field, thus,
