Name is a mobile bar and sounds group which offers an All- in- One party setup from the ambience and drinks down to the music.

The main catch of the group is a complete mobile Bar and Sounds set up complete with Bartenders and DJ’s. The Bar brings you to the tropical ambience similar to that in Boracay and the drinks served varies from the regular Mixed Drinks and Cocktails on the Bar List of Bars to Original recipes

To add excitement and spice to the event, they also offer Bar Games such as Flaming Sambuca ,Sex Shooters & Upside Down Margarita and the Papagaiyo! to name a . The Sounds are basically Party Music (House and Techno) but we also play R & B, Hiphop,New Wave and most especially Reggae music or depending on what the client wants. We will also bring in the Laser and Fog Machines to pump your Guests into Dancing

Mobile Bar serves a unique and tailor made mobile beverage bar service for corporate and social events, private parties or any functions from the funkiest concepts to the most elegant themes at the comfort of your own home, office, or any venue you may please.

Offers a wide variety of drinks, from domestic and imported beers to hard alcohol. Offers a limited menu of light food and snacks, and specialty items for holidays. We intend to initially start with five different types of drinks, eventually increasing to ten.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS (Other Terms can be negotiated upon request)

1. Set up will require a maximum of 90 minutes and will be prior to the start time as specified.

2. Service is for ____ hours or until supplies last3. If the number of actual guests exceeds the number of persons booked for, the time foe

open bar may be shortened.4. Additional charge shall apply for bar service in excess ______ hours to compensate for

All unconsumed items after the event shall remain the property of the Mobile bar.7. Should the event be cancelled after the confirmation, mobile bar shall retain all paid fees.8. Client is permitted one rescheduled date within one month of the primary event date, upon availability of mobile bar schedule.

9. The client grants the mobile bar permission for display and distribution of promotional materials during the event.

10. Mobile bar reserves the right to refuse, stop/or control alcohol service to under age guests, driving guests, guests with allergies and intoxicated guests. Mobile bar will not be held liable for any injuries/damage/s that may arise during and after the event caused by guests to other guests, properties or to himself.

11. The client agrees to full responsibility for the beverage consumption of all guests and releases mobile bar of any liability in relation to it.

12. Mobile bar will only transact business with persons of legal age. Absence of a supervising adult may be grounds for termination of contract.

13. Client shall be liable for all damages and losses for all items leased or bought and shall be billed accordingly.

14. Mobile bar is not responsible for corkage fees, utility fees and arrangements, if applicable.

15. Client should take full responsibility of their belongings during an event. Management shall not be liable for any losses during the event.

16. Mobile bar reserves the right to cancel of postpone bookings in the case of natural calamities such as typhoon, floods, earthquakes, etc. Client shall be given a rescheduled date or a 75% refund of all paid fees.

CUSTOM BAR LAYOUT TERMS

1. Please email layouts/pictures to be used for the custom bar design to (email addess)2. You will be sent a draft layout via email for approval and allowed 1 revision.3. Bar dress up shall only be printed after the downpayment has been made.4. Printing requires three days lead time.5. In the event that no bar layout was sent or coordinated within the time frame, Mobile bar

shall use the mobile bar design.
