What REALTORS® should know about Mobile Collaborative Search
• Agent branding lets you invite your clients to use a version of the realtor.com® mobile app branded with your photo and contact info. All primary inquiries will be routed to you, and you will receive real-time notifications on your iPhone®, iPad® and/or Android™.
• Collaborative Search lets you easily suggest one or more listings to one or more clients. Clients are able to send you showing requests for properties they want to see. And, you’re able to have instant messaging conversations right in the app for each listing.

Getting started with agent-branded Mobile Collaborative SearchThe overview below outlines the steps to set up your agent-branded Mobile Collaborative Search and start inviting clients today! Detailed instructions for each step are included within the guide.
Add/Update your agent photo and contact information on realtor.com®.
Install the latest version of the realtor.com® mobile app (v4.6 or later) to your iPhone®, iPad® and/or Android™.

• Start by accessing the realtor.com® Control Panel to add your agent photo and contact information to display for your buyers and sellers in the realtor.com® mobile app.
• If your photo and contact information are current in your realtor.com® Control Panel, skip to page 4.

New to realtor.com® ?
Click Sign Up Here and follow the on-screen prompts to create an account.
Already using the realtor.com® Control Panel?
1. Login by selecting your MLS Name from the drop-down menu.
2. Enter your MLS ID and password then click on the orange GO button. NOTE: The first time you login you will be prompted to add a Security Question and Answer.
3. The Terms and Conditions window appears. Review and click I Accept. NOTE: A message may appear prompting you to enter your NRDS ID (located on your NAR membership card).
4. Once you are logged into the Control Panel, click Update Now from the Dashboard under Step 1: Complete Your Profile.
5. Click edit photo to add your photo, browse to the appropriate directory to select your photo then click Save.
6. Click the edit product business card link and edit or add your name, slogan, website URL (be sure to include http://) and up to three phone numbers by typing them into the text boxes then click Save.
7. (Optional) To display different information in the Profile Business Card, click the edit profile business card link and uncheck the box labeled use the same information as the Product Business Card. Edit as desired then click Save.
8. Click edit email and enter your email in the Consumer Inquiry Email field. Click Save.

Install the latest version of the realtor.com® mobile app
From your mobile device
Go to the App Store.
Search for realtor.com.
Select the realtor.com® Real Estate Search application.
Click Install or Update.
Setup the mobile app in a few easy stepsFrom your mobile device
Tap the realtor.com® icon on your mobile device to load the app.
From the initial screen, tap Agent Features.

Next, tap Get started.
Enter your email address and choose a password to create your Mobile realtor.com® account, then press Create.
NOTE: If you have already created a mobile
account, tap I already have a mobile app
account and enter your account email
address and password and tap Sign In.

Select your primary MLS and enter your MLS Identifier (Public ID, Agent ID) then select Next—the system will display your information and photo, press Yes to continue.
You are now connected and can begin inviting clients!
NOTE: If you have already created a mobile account, and are signed-
in to your mobile account, tapping Next will use your existing account.
Alternately, you can sign-out and create a different mobile account.

Inviting clients• Clients who accept an agent’s invitation to connect will see that agent’s branding
when they sign-in to the realtor.com® mobile app.
• Additionally, all primary inquiries from that client will be routed to their agent.
• Clients will be able to request showings and receive suggested listings from their agent.
To invite clients to connect with you via Collaborative Search:
1. On the home screen, tap Invite Clients.

2. Enter the email address of the client you wish to invite. You may also select by tapping +.
NOTE: If your client already has a realtor.com®
user (consumer) account, be sure to invite the
email address associated with their realtor.com®
user account.

3. Your client will receive your invitation via email as well as in their realtor.com® mobile app (if they already have the latest version installed).

NOTE: A client can only be connected to 1 agent at a time. In order to accept an invitation
from a new agent, a client would need to disconnect from their current agent first.
4. While waiting for clients to connect, you can tap Pending Clients to view the status of your invitations.
At this time, agents can have up to 100 active
invitations and connections.

Using Mobile Collaborative Search to connect with buyers through Top Producer® CRMAgents using realtor.com® Mobile Collaborative Search to connect with buyers can now invite Top Producer® contacts to connect from their CRM desktop and mobile app.
Before completing these steps, you must have completed the setup process on your iPhone®/iPad®/Android™ and be ready in invite buyers.
Setup the realtor.com® mobile app in Top Producer® CRM
1. Access your Top Producer® CRM account.
2. From Contacts, click Contacts Summary.
3. At the bottom, click realtor.com® mobile app.
4. Choose your MLS from the Primary MLS menu. Enter your MLS Identifier in the MLS Identifier field.
5. Click Submit. A window opens to confirm your profile information.

6. Click Yes, use this account.
7. Enter the email address and password for your realtor.com® mobile account.
Click Sign In.
9. Setup is complete. Click Close.
NOTE: This is the email address and password for your realtor.com® mobile account created during the setup on your iPhone®/iPad®/Android™. This is not your login for the realtor.com®
Control Panel.

Inviting buyers to connectYou may invite any contact in your Top Producer® CRM to connect via the realtor.com® mobile app. There are multiple ways to invite your contacts – from the Contact Details page, the Contacts Summary or the Contacts Search Results.
Inviting a single contact through the CRM desktop
1. View the details for the contact to invite.
2. Click Perform Action > Invite to Connect on realtor.com®. A window opens to confirm your profile that sends the connection invitation.
3. Click Send invitation.
Notice the icon indication the invitation has been sent.

Inviting several contacts through the CRM desktop1. Click Contacts > Contact Summary.
2. Select the contacts you wish to invite.
3. Click realtor.com® mobile app > Invite to connect on realtor.com®.
A confirmation screens shows invitations results.
4. Click Close.
