NEW FEATURE: USERS CAN ADD THEIR MOBILE NUMBER
Overview• User will be able to add and verify her mobile number
• Super user will have the ability to add / edit mobile number of a sub user
• Users from 2 different company accounts cannot have the same mobile number verified
User will be able to add and verify her mobile number
1. User can add mobile number
2. User can verify mobile number
3. User can resend verification OTP
4. User can edit mobile number
On Login, users will be shown a prompt to enter mobile number.
No prompt if :-• User has already added / verified mobile number• User has already seen the prompt in 8 hours
User can verify mobile number using OTP
• After clicking “Send OTP”, user will be sent SMS
• User needs to enter the OTP received in SMS in Fill OTP box.

4. User can edit mobile number
User can resend OTP on the same mobile number
• OTP will be valid for 30 minutes
• User can resend OTP, in case s/he doesn’t receive it

User can edit mobile number before verification
• If user doesn’t receive OTP at all, s/he can edit mobile number
• If mobile number is already verified, then super user can change the user’s mobile number

Super user can add / edit mobile number of any user from Manage Users page
• Mobile number entered by the user will be visible to super user
• If super user edits mobile number of a user, the user will need to verify mobile number again when s/he logs in next time.
Users from two different companies cannot have the same mobile number verified
• 9912345678 will be removed from user 1 and user 2 of company A
• A notification mail will be sent to super user of company A
Use cases:-• To protect data of 1 company account being accessed from another company account• If a user leaves 1 company and joins another company, the user should not be able to access data /
account of his previous company
