Setup on IOS device

1 Click “EveryonePrint” icon to

setup mobile printing for your

iOS device (to be done once only)

2 Click “Settings“ and in Using

Gateway field, type

172.19.32.249:9444

Click “Test connection” to

validate the connection with

server

Input your CNA (Username field)

and password (Password field)

e.g. 153456789

When the connection test has

succeeded, please click “Save”

button to persist the setting.

Quick Tips for Operations on IOS device

1 Open the print file and click on

“Action” icon

2 Click on “Copy to EveryonePrint”

3 Click “All” to select print queue

4 You can make print queue selection

For color, click “PrintQuotax(COLOR)

For black/white, click “PrintQuotax(MONO)

5 Under the “Output Options” page, you can change

printing attributes (e.g. single side or double side

printing and no. of Copies). After selection, click the

“Submit” button to send your print job to PQS.

1 Install the app, EveryonePrint.

(The easiest way to find the app

is to search for “EveryonePrint”)

2 Launch the app 3

Click “Settings“ and in Using

1 Open file manager and open the

file that you would like to print.

2 Open with “EveryonePrint” 3

Under the “Output Options” page, you can

change printing attributes (e.g. single side

or double side printing and no. of Copies).

After selection, click the “Submit” button.

4 Click “All” to show all the available printers.

Click on the printer with different

configuration (e.g. MONO/COLOR; pages per

sheet), print jobs will then be submitted to PQS.
