E619 Software Download (SD Card Version-

“E619_Haier_Reliance_S06”)

For Haier After Sales Service Centers

Software Download from Haier Mobile Website.

Click “Software” tab given against E619 model available on below link & Download the software.

1. Software Download Process:- NOTE:- Pre-Download Steps

a) Phone Must Have Sufficient Battery Backup Before Downloading Software in Phone.

b) For Successful Software Download, It’s Mandatory to use SD Card upto 4GB.

c) For Faster Download, Use Sandisk SD Card to Upgrade Phone (Recommended)

i) Copy “update.zip” file in Root Directory of SD Card. Remember, No other files must be available in SD

Card other than Software File.

ii) Insert SD Card in Phone�Press and Hold “Power On” +”Volume Up” Keys Simultaneously, till below

Image Appears followed by “Android” Screen.

(a) Android Screen (b) Select “apply update from sdcard” (c) Select “update.zip”

(d) Update in Process (e) Install from SD Card Complete, Select “reboot system now”

iii) Device Will Reboot self, wait till “Welcome” Screen.

2. Factory Reset the Phone:- i) Proceed from “Welcome” Screen till IDLE Screen as shown in the images below:

(a) Welcome Screen (b) Press “Skip” Button (c) Press “Skip anyway”

(d)Press “Ok” (e) Go to “Settings” (f) Backup & reset

(g) Reset phone (h) Erase everything

Phone will reboot.

ii) After Following “Factory Reset Steps” Phone will again come to “Welcome” Screen.

iii) Follow above images from “(a)” to “(d)” to reach the Idle Screen again.

iv) Now the Phone is ready to Use.
