Mobile to Mobile Data Transfer Transferring Patient Data Using Web

Transfer Select to open the “Mobile-to-Mobile

Patient Transfers” pop-up. Note: This button is visible only to

agencies that have been enabled for Mobile-to-Mobile Transfer.

Select “Transfer Patient.”

Select “Web Transfer.”

You must have an active Internet connection to transfer data using the web.

Mobile to Mobile Data TransferSelect the agency from the dropdown. A 20-character message is optional.

Mobile to Mobile Data TransferThe user will be provided a random 4- digit transfer code. This number needs to be given to the receiving unit before they will be able to import the data into their ePCR.

Select “Receive Patient.” You will see the following pop-up window:

Select the desired incident.

Enter the 4-digit import code using the keypad and select “Import.” Select “Back” to browse for a different file or “X” to exit and return to the current tab in the application.

Selecting “Import” has four possible outcomes:

Successful import – Data was import Unsuccessful import – No data was imported.

Unsuccessful import – Unable to import data into a locked record.

Partial import of data.

Selecting “Import” has four possible outcomes:Partial import of data.

Data mismatch issues due to non-updated system lists or software version differences will not import into the data fields. The user will be prompted with the message above and asked to update system data so that the data elements can be re-imported.

Note: Any transferred data that has not been imported will expire 12 hours after the time it was sent. Expired data will no longer be viewable in the data grid.

Note: The secret to successful treatment imports through Mobile-to-Mobile is keeping your mobile installation up to date by performing frequent system data updates.
