1. DisassemblyTo replace the spring, or clean any of the internal components

of the valve, proceed in the following manner:

DISASSEMBLY AND ASSEMBLY

A. Unscrew the cap and remove

B. Holding the rod steady, loosen the hollow screw nut, until the

constructive limit, and the follow screw until you note a releasing

of the spring

C. Unscrew the bell holding the rod and the body steady

D. Lift the bell and you will have access to all the components

2. AssemblyA. Enter the bell and the joint through the upper part the rod

B. Turn the bell holding the rod and the body steady

C. Replace the hollow screw with the hollow screw nut

D. Adjust the set pressure with the hollow screw and fix the

adjustment position with the hollow screw

E. Change the washer and lightly tighten the cap

ADJUSTEMENT OF THE BLOWDOWN

A. Slack the stud

B. Twist or untwist the deflector according the difference in the

wished locking pressure (Blowdown)

C. Fix the deflector position screwing the stud
