Atlantic Design Engineers, LLC (Atlantic) conducted an initial wind turbine siting and feasibility analysis of the PNHS property.

Atlantic completed a series of studies to obtain a better understanding of the impacts associated with a turbine in this location including:

Shadow Flicker Impact Study Photosimulations from various locations around the site Zone of Visual Influence (ZVI) Map

Atlantic then completed a noise monitoring program and Acoustic Analysis to determine the background (ambient) noise levels at various locations surrounding the site; and selected a representative turbine (900kW EWT) to acquire a better understanding of the specific acoustic impacts the project may have on nearby residential neighborhoods.

Energy production numbers are based on the following: Predicted Wind Resource:

5.4 m/s at 40 m (131’) AGL 5.7 m/s at 55 m (180’) AGL 6.4 m/s at 75 m (246’) AGL

Annual energy production loss factor of 8%

75 m EWT 54-900: 900 kW Rated Capacity: 2,124,000 kWh/year*

71 m Gamesa G58: 850 kW Rated Capacity: 2,117,000 kWh/year

55 m Aeronautica 54-750: 750 kW Rated Capacity: 1,604,000 kWh/year

40 m Aeronautica 29-225: 225 kW Rated Capacity: 313,000 kWh/year
