Constant hunt for information
• From hundreds to thousands of vendors• Manual updates and numerous content versions• Lack of standard unifying the content exchange standards• Hard to index content with no solid connection
between bits and pieces• Heavy weight legacy systems slowing the development• Throwing gas on fire with social, mobile and other new mediums• Solving ongoing problems with new hacks to the legacy

Striving for a cleaner future
1. New emerging standards like CMIS as a start2. More standards will emerge to offer organisations and individuals
shared resources for information exchange (Google wave for individuals) to break bad habits (e-mail!)
3. New flexible and affordable platforms that take account the changes in the space and advantage of the new standards
4. Content will be content/information reused and interconnected regardless where it is used; including web, print, EMC, intranet, pricelist, chat, e-mail etc.
