In the 23 years she has been at the agency, her work has been seen, recognized and, interestingly enough, copied from coast to coast. Her attention- getting print and broadcast advertising has received local, regional and national recognition from such prestigious sources as Builder Magazine, Multi-Housing News, The National Association of Home Builders, The Real Estate Sales & Marketing Councils of Washington, D.C., South Jersey, North Jersey, Virginia, Florida, Connecticut, Boston, Nashville, Chicago, Detroit, New York, Philadelphia and Montreal, among others. She holds a BS in Communications from Temple University. Robert is a 1989 graduate of the University of Illinois with a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture. After working as an architect for several years, he founded RM Design Studio in 1994. Since then, RM Design Studio has grown into a nationally recognized leader in the computer-generated rendering and virtual reality industry with offices in Atlanta, Chicago, Charlotte and Tempe. Rita Shell Weiss, R.PH., Esq., is Corporate Counsel at Weiss Homes, Inc., South Bend, Indiana. Mrs. Weiss obtained her Juris Doctor from Valparaiso University Law School, after becoming a homebuilder’s wife. She works side by side with her husband.
