Founded in 2003, Modern IDENTITY is a New York based firm currently owned and operated by Jeff Streeper.

The core team draws from interdisciplinary backgrounds in advertising, marketing, design, architecture, music production, film, audio video production, live performance, digital technology, publishing, event management, and social networking. Tina BOSSIDY SPECIALIST

Fashion and Luxury

The creation of memorable images has been Tina’s trademark throughout her illustrious career, from her early days at OUI magazine and as the accessories editor at Vogue to the books and campaigns she produces today. As a stylist and creative director, she has worked with every major photographer worldwide; her extraordinary accomplishments include her introduction of photographer Helmut Newton to the US market. Her work has been featured in The New York Times, The Washington Post, Lei, British Vogue, Harpers Bazaar, French Vogue, Interview, Italian Vogue, L’Uomo, Per Lui, Rolling Stone, Talk, Vanity Fair, Maxim, Homestyle, and Litchfield, among others. In addition to her work with Modern IDENTITY, she designs and produces a line of home furnishings for the luxury market.

Gloria ENG SPECIALIST

Strategic Planner

Gloria specializes in providing a window into the hearts and minds of a client’s customers,

and proposing strategies of engagement that resonate soundly with them. Her expertise covers lifestyle, the arts, electronics, cosmetics and pharmaceutical; she is considered especially adept at handling topics that require great sensitivity and depth. Her career includes positions at McCann-Erickson, Chiat/Day, and Merkley Newman Harty and work with Ogilvy, Cline/Davis/Mann, Interbrand, Unilever, and Hakuhodo, one of Japan’s largest advertising agencies. Accounts she has handled vary widely in scope and audience; they include Reebok, Nintendo, Casio, Harman/Kardon, L’Oreal, Borghese, Champion Sportswear, BellSouth, Pfizer, Bayer, Bristol-Myers Squibb, and Glaxo Smith Kline.

Vicki ENG

Managing Director

Vicki handles the logistics of our operations and accounts with a practical insight acquired over the course of her experience as a communications professional in the arenas of fashion, health, education, and advocacy. Her career includes serving as the American publicity director of Japanese

design label Matsuda and as a conference and event planner for Kesselman-Jones, Inc. in New Mexico, where her clients included the NM State Departments of Health and Education, the University of New Mexico, and the Drug Policy Alliance. A writer, editor and former instructor with an MFA in Creative Writing from Columbia University, she also brings a keen sensibility to copywriting and content generation.

Aaron MONSON

Designer

With a dual degree in Graphic Design and Psychology from Brigham Young University, Aaron offers a unique ability to organize complex ideas into conceptually driven, well-reasoned, clear designs. His years of interdisciplinary education and experience have sharpened his understanding of branding, strategy, information architecture, and design. Since joining Modern IDENTITY he has created strategic visuals for print and editorial, digital formats, and products for clients like alternative-energy company Ener1, Crawford & Co., and the nonprofit City Parks Foundation, whose project included the rebranding and design of SummerStage, a quintessential New York program. His work has been recognized by the American Institute of Graphic Artists and the Utah Arts Council.

Sue MONTGOMERY

Writer and Creative Director

For more than 20 years, Sue has excelled in transforming mountains of research into clear, concise, and impactful communications through her work as a creative director and writer for the advertising and branding industry as well as individual businesses and corporations. Her experience is broad and deep, ranging from global advertising campaigns and corporate documentaries to corporate branding and business-to-business communications. Sue has worked for virtually every major global advertising and corporate branding agency for a range of clients including Citibank, Chase Manhattan, Marriot, IBM, BellSouth, Maxwell House and Crest. She has also worked directly with a number of major corporate clients, doing corporate films, internal marketing and positioning projects for companies like Bayer, Citibank, Tambrands and The Wool Bureau.

Tommy Gonzalez SPECIALIST

Digital Development

Coasting along the cutting edge of technology, Tommy provides a deep understanding of the most current technological processes that drive communications media. He is motivated by a sincere desire to produce innovative vehicles that entertain and engage while

educating viewers. Trained in audio/video recording with a concentration in digital media, he possesses the solid programming skills required to harness the technologies that power our media solutions. Along his career, Tommy has developed interactive projects and/or videos for Chase, Chevron, Crawford & Company, Doremus, Eli Lilly, and Sirius Satellite Radio. He has also developed websites for a wide variety of clients and subjects, including alternative-energy company Ener1, Inc. and EMI Publishing.

Jeff STREEPER

Founder and Creative Director

A dynamic creative director, designer and strategist, Jeff transforms ideas into communications that connect with emotion, depth and immediacy. With training in design, a background in architecture, and a distinguished career in advertising, he offers a unique breadth of insight and expertise in visual branding, gallery exhibitions, product development, and publishing in addition to his award-winning print and editorial work.Throughout his career, Jeff has been instrumental in bringing style into advertising and content into design. His agency history covers stints at Ogilvy & Mather NY; Arnell Group; Young & Rubicam;

Merkley Newman Harty (as a founding team-member); FCB Draft; J Walter Thompson; Wells Rich Greene; Doremus Advertising; and Masius NY (as a founder). Jeff’s clients have run the gamut from the American Express Green Card to the World Health Organization.

Collaborations with visionaries, innovators, and influencers provide key inspirations to Jeff’s work, some resulting in historic campaigns and projects. His longtime association with photographer Annie Leibovitz has yielded, among other successes, the design of two of the best-selling photography books of all time.
