The most popular tourist destinations of South Korea among Indian travelers are

Seoul, Busan and Jeju Island. Apart from these, some new destinations are also

SEOUL

One of the most emerging, vibrant

global cities of the world - Seoul is

the capital and the largest city of

South Korea. It is the main center of

Korea’s culture, education, politics

and economy. Seoul is a perfect mix

places of traditional culture; Seoul is

also one of the leading economic

powers of the world. Your guests will

SEOUL

The Han River, which runs through the center of the city, is a distinctive landscape of Seoul that offers a myriad of recreation areas for

citizens and tourists. Seoul city is divided into 2 parts by Han River. The northern part is known as Gangbuk which is the older part of

city with main downtown, govt. offices and sightseeing attractions. The southern part is known as Gangnam – the famous area from

song “Gangnam Style”. It is the new part of Seoul and is the most high-end and posh location of the country. Population of Seoul is 10-

15 million.

The main airport in South Korea is Incheon International Airport which is located at 1 hr driving distance from Seoul city. It is awarded

the best International Airport for last 12 years in a row. The airport is itself a tourist hotspot with a range of entertainment facilities like

Duty free shopping, Live performances, Observation Deck Ecological Garden, Skating, Movie Theatre, Casinos, Golf Club etc.

Jeju North Coast TourThe north coast tour of South Korea is a half day tour of about 2-3 hours. The main sights covered are:

HAMDEOK BEACH

Hamdeok Beach, famous for its clean and shallow

water, attracts many tourists during summer to soak

in the sun and sand of the summer evenings. The

beach offers great panoramic view with its emerald-

blue water, an arched bridge over black basalt and

a red lighthouse. Excellent amenities including

Manjanggul Cave, a UNESCO World Heritage

Site, is one of the finest lava tunnels in the

Jusangjeolli Cliff is a designated

cultural monument of Jeju. It was

formed when the lava from Hallasan

Mountain erupted into the sea of

Jungmun. They are rock pillars shaped

GYEONGJU

Ancient capital city of 1000 yrs long Silla

Dynasty of South Korea, Gyeongju is

located 1 hr driving distance from Busan.

This historic city is known as ‘the open

museum’ or ‘Outdoor Museum’. Gyeongju

holds more tombs, temples, rock carvings,

pagodas, Buddhist statuary and palace

ruins than any other place in South Korea.

distinctive urban landscape created by

round grassy tombs – called tumuli – and

traditional architecture with colourful

stylish roofs set against a canvas of green

rolling mountains.

unopened to preserve natural

sanctity. Only 1 Royal Tomb is open

National Museum represents

Gyeongju, which was the capital city

of the Silla Kingdom. The museum is
