Who is MultiSure?

Network Marketing also known as Multi Level Marketing or Word-of-Mouth advertising. Definitions

In a traditional marketing company agents are paid for bringing in new business. Agents can’t build a team and earn from a network of other agents. In a network marketing company you build an income from your own work and also from the work of those you bring into the business or those brought in by your team.

The Basics

You have to make your first payment as soon as possible and in the same month as your first sign-ups / team members otherwise you will lose your first commission from them. For example, if they pay in October and you pay in November then you will lose your October commission from them. You cannot advertise using “MultiSure” in your adverts without our consent. You cannot make false claims regarding income.

Important Rules

Business Kit Obtain a Business Kit from Port Elizabeth, Cape Town or Johannesburg Office for R298 . It can be posted; postage costs R40 normal mail or R80 overnight. It includes everything you need to do business successfully.

Mini Kit The Mini Kit costs R90 (or R60 each if you buy 3 or more) plus postage. (P) PRESENTATIONSHave your Individual Target. Expose 2 to 3 people a day to our Income Opportunity and /or products. For example, show somebody the brochure, ask “would you like to earn more?”, show the video or a flipchart to a group of people. Group Presentations. Make sure you conduct / attend 2-3 group presentations per week with your team.

(I) INVITATIONInvite people to take a look at the opportunity on a regular basis using brochures, e-mail, invitations.

(T) TEACH & TRAIN OTHERSTeach your 1st level members to do what you do. Make sure everyone has a business kit and has attended this training. Make sure that your first 10 sign-ups do their 10 each as well. Teaching people in the business will make you the most money, this is the area where DUPLICATION takes place, you will make the most money, not by just recruiting people but by TEACHING and COACHING others.

(T) TEAM WORKBe prepared to lead and be led. Form a team with your immediate downline, 1st & 2nd level, do the business together. Have regular team meetings.

(A) ADVERTISE REGULARLYAdvertising on newspaper classifieds, internet, notice boards etc…ensures that you always have people to present the business to. If you don’t have money yet to advertise then advertise to as many people as possible using word of mouth advertising – it is free.

In case of couple – the oldest of the couple must always be the main member unless both fall in same age category. Bank Account required for paying in commissions & debit order.Choose debit order date - mostly pay day.The spouse/ partner & children under 21 (or 26 if full time student) are dependants.Beneficiary name & ID number required.Extended family members eg mother, farther in-law, sister, are not covered by the premium and can be added at an extra cost when applying for cover. Ext fam cant be covered for more than main mb.Member premium depends on member’s age and the amount of cover applied for.

Main member or any of dependants who tick yes to any health question & have life threatening disease/illness will be excluded from cover. If the disease is contracted after policy taken, the cover remains. Main Member must answer questions and sign.

More on Application FormsDon’t forget to insert date, IC name and all signatures after checking that bank details, premiums and debit order dates are inserted.Don’t need spouse’s signature on the FS application form if the main member is the payer of the policy.If the payer is different to main member, please insert account name on form under bank details and let all initial next to it.Remember to fill in Dependant’s relation to main member or spouse.Always try to arrange debit order instead of payer depositing or transferring premium each month and try to arrange debit order for end of present month instead of 1st of following month wherever possible to ensure that you start earning commission the following month. However, do not insist on the last day of the month just because of this reason as you want to ensure that the premium is deducted and not unpaid due to insufficient funds. Don’t guess or lie if asked a question and you are unsure of what the answer is. Rather seek assistance from another member or the office and get back to member. Members will not trust you if they find out you gave them the wrong answer. Remember most product questions are answered in brochures.Never give legal or financial advice to prospects. You are only there to show them the plan and let them make the decision whether they want to make use of our opportunity or subscribe to our products. Other than that you should assist them with completion of the forms.Always check the form again with applicant before signing and leaving to save yourself/member time and unnecessary hassles. Also, it is a contract entered into between the new member and MultiSure so please keep the form neat and tidy and as far as possible, prevent corrections.

HOW CAN I MAKE PAYMENT?All payments can be made via debit order, paid at the office or any ABSA.

ARE THERE ANY EXTRA COSTS?For Policy holders only, none. You only pay the monthly premium on your own policy. For business owners a R35 per month fee is payable to cover costs of business-building events like training & live presentations. A R10 admin fee is also deducted when we pay commissions to business owners.

CAN I START WORKING MY BUSINESS IMMEDIATELY?Yes, you don’t have to wait for your first payment to go through. You can however, only start earning once your own policy is paid.

WHEN DO I GET PAID?We pay commissions not later than the 15th of the month based on the previous month’s premiums received.

HOW LONG DO I GET PAID?For as long as premiums are paid. In fact it is paid even longer than your lifetime as your children (or whoever you choose) can inherit this business and therefore continue to earn the income you have built up!

WHEN DO I RECEIVE MY POLICY CONTRACT?Under normal circumstances, it is mailed to you 4-6 weeks after your first premium and once-off admin fee are received.

WILL MY TEAM GROW?Yes, everyone who wants to earn on levels 2-4 must do 80 points / 2-4 sign-ups per month or they will only earn on level 1. Platinum Team members don’t have to do 80 points and automatically earn on all levels.

MUST EVERYONE BUY THE BUSINESS KIT? People only interested in the cover do not have to purchase the Business Kit. They must only complete the application form for the cover they want and pay the once-off admin fee (R80) and monthly premiums.

Get your first 5 sign-ups in the next 7 days. Introduce the MultiSure business to at least 30 people in the next week using flyers, showing video, getting them to attend presentation in their area & you will get 5 sign-ups at least. Get those first 5 sign-ups to attend this exact same training.If you do that and everyone in your team does that then you will have 780 people in your team after 4 weeks! You could have a guaranteed income of +- R5000 per month depending on team members’ policies taken.Even half of that will give you 390 people – more than most ICs.You will be Gold Team at least and on your way to Platinum team – company car, cell phone, etc. Focus – get your first 5 and get them to do this training by next week.
