Training Operations Specialist Mar.2013- till now Determine the gap between the current performance and the required performance of the employees at

all factories in operations sector by coordination with their direct managers.

Responsible of Prepare the training plan for the sector in the different locations and implement it

internally and externally.

Deal with the external training providers to prepare new training materials and delivering training.

Share in preparing internal trainers data base, qualify internal trainers and assign them to deliver

training courses.

Send the training plan to all locations and follow up on it.

Provide all locations by the logistics (Stationaries, Catering, Technical Tools and Activities)

Record and evaluate the training courses to know the strength and the development points and to

measure the training effectiveness on the participants.

Work with the innovation department to do the corrective actions to guarantee the quality of training.

Work with the innovation department to prepare and develop training material to align with the new

business requirements by coordination with the technical experts in the company.

Implement the summer internship project at all locations.

Follow up directly with the summer interns and their mentors and prepare a weekly report about the

progress of their projects.

Prepare and implement orientation sessions for the new hires.

Update the data on the operations training data base.
