• It’s body has three parts : A muscular foot for locomotion, mantle that produces the shell, and the visceral mass that contains the internal organs

Gastropods
• Commonly known as snails and slugs• Most highly diversified class in the phylum,
with 60,000 to 80,000 living snail and slug species
• Also called univalves

suspended particles in water and for gas exchange
