I. Description on Computer Control System:

A. M07 (standard configuration)

1. Performance of the machine:

Cautions: Assure reliable grounding protection for this machine. Please carefully check the wires before supplying power, plug-in after confirming there isnt any problem. In order to prolong the service life of the controller, the interval time for repeatedly turning on/off the machine shall

exceed 30 seconds; please cut off power supply after using.

In order to assure favorable radio effect, please adjust the antenna to the suitable position. Please do not connect theelectric appliances which are not recommended by the manufacturer with this controller. It is not allowed to

disassemble or refit the wires inside. Our company doesnt undertake any responsibility of the result if users

Operation Description: Keys on control panel are shown in Drawing 1. Turn on the Machine: under plug-in state, press Power ON/OFF Key to turn on the machine, and the whole

system keeps at standby state, LCD displays HELLO and power indictor lights on.

Water Level Test Function: System is equipped with water level probe and LCD may display water shortage markif there isnt enough water in the tank; at this time, thermostat, water pump dont work.

Water Pump Function: press Water Pump Key to turn on/off water pump 1 and water pump 2, after the waterpump is started, LCD displays the Water Pump mark, and water pump may automatically turn off if there isnt

adequate water.

Air Pump Function: directly clickAir Pump Key to turn on/off air pump, after air pump is started, LCD displayscorresponding mark.

Thermostat Function: under the opening of water pump or filter pump, directly clickThermostat Key to turnon/off thermostat, LCD displays corresponding marks when thermostat is working, thermostat may automatically

turn off if there isnt adequate water.

Thermostat Temperature Setting: adjust the Temperature +/- Key to set water temperature (default temperatureis 40C, temperature setting range: 15-45C), when the water temperature is higher than the set value, the

system will automatically turn off heating function. When the water temperature is lower 2-3C than the

set value,the system will automatically turn on.

Underwater Lamp Function: directly clickUnderwater Lamp Key to turn on/off underwater lamp (AC12V/20W,do not exceed 30W).

Ozone Function: directly clickOzone Key to turn on/off ozone, LCD displays corresponding symbols. Radio/CD Function:Radio /CD Key, repeatedly click it to search relative speaker functions.

Press it for the first time to turn on the built-in FM radio;

Press it again to turn off the radio and output music from CD player;

Press it for the third time to turn off the speaker.

The system is built-in FM stereo radio with frequency LCD, digital tuning and automatic searching

functions. Under Radio ON state, hold M key for over 2 seconds, the system may automatically search

band (88.0MHZ-108.0MHZ), and store the bands with strong signa l in the syst em (a ltogether 68 channels

can be stored), and then press Channel + / Channel to select frequency., clickTUN- to manually search

band downwards (88.0MHZ-108.0MHZ), click TUN+ to manually search band upwards, hold the key for morethan 2 seconds to automatically search band, the system may automatically stop and display the band when theres

band with strong signal, press Volume +/- to adjust volume.

Filter FunctionIf the filter water pump is activated, continuous water may flow into the filter, and the filter core may

collect the pollutant in the bathtub. After a period, the pollutant may obstacle the water, then please clean

or replace the filter if water flow becomes small.

Turn off the Machine:press Power Key to turn off all functions and displays.Caution: Please cut off power supply if the machine wont be used for a long period for preventing to keep themachine at standby state!

Filter Function: clickFilter Pump Key to turn on/off filter pump. After turning on the filter, LCD displayscorresponding marks, and the filter may automatically turn off if there isnt water. And the mark flashes for 10

seconds, during this period, press or to set the work time of thermostat (0-4 hours), if time isntadjusted during this period, the filter will keep on.

Thermostat Function: directly click Thermostat Key to turn on/off thermostat, LCD displayscorresponding marks when thermostat is working, thermostat may automatically turn off if there isnt adequate

water. The thermostat is under the control of filter pump, and the thermostat can be activated after turning on the

filter pump, after turning off the filter, the thermostat will automatically turn off. Under ordinary state, press

or key to adjust the heating temperature (default temperature: 40C, temperature range 15-45C), if the

water temperature is higher than the set value, the thermostat will automatically stop heating.

Underwater Lamp Function / Ozone Function: directly click Underwater Lamp /Ozone Key to turnon/off underwater lamp (AC12V/20W, do not exceed 30W) or ozone AC12V, LCD displays corresponding symbols.

Click the key for the first time to turn on underwater lamp, for the second time to turn on ozone, and click it for the

third time to turn off underwater lamp and fourth time to turn off ozone.

Radio/CD Function:Radio /CD Key , repeatedly click it to search relative speaker functions.Press it for the first time to turn on the built-in FM radio;

Press it again to turn off the radio and output music from CD player;

Press it for the third time to turn off the speaker.

The system is built-in FM stereo radio with frequency LCD, digital tuning and automatic searching

functions. Click Volume /Frequency Key to switch to frequency adjustment state, the LCD displays the

frequency, at this time, hold or key to automatically search band upwards or downwards

(88.0MHZ-108.0MH), and may stop when theres band with strong signal. Click or and press Channel

key to manually search downwards (88.0MHZ-108.0MHZ).

Click Volume / Frequency Key, LCD displays db and then press or to adjust volume.

Turn off the Machine:press Power Key to turn off all functions and displays.TV Function: Press the TV Power Key to turn on/off the TV, press Channel / Menu + or

Channel / Menu key to select channels, press Menu to display menu and select required functions

(brightness, language, volume and calendar), press or to confirm. TV menu may display for 5

seconds, temperature and time cant be adjusted during this period. Press TV Volume + or TV Volume -

to adjust TV Volume.

Caution: Please cut off power supply if the machine wont be used for a long period for preventing to keep the

machine at standby state!

Cautions: Assure reliable grounding protection for this machine. Please carefully check the wires before supplying power, plug-in after confirming there isnt any problem. In order to prolong the service life of the controller, the interval time for repeatedly turning on/off the machine

shall exceed 30 seconds; please cut off power supply after using.

Operation Description:Keys on control panel are shown in Drawing 1.

Turn on the Machine: once plug-in , the spa is under the working state. Press any keys on the controlpanel,the machine can start to work.

Mode state: press the mode key in first time, it is the standard state, the heater and filter works. Press themode key in second time; it is the economical state, only the filter works. Press the mode key in the third time,

the machine will become sleepy state, the temperature will be low 11C than the set val ue.

Water Pump Function: pressjet1/jet2 Key to turn on/off water pump 1 and water pump 2, after the waterpump is started, LCD displays the Water Pump mark, jet1(water pump 1 ) have two speed, press the jet1 in first

time, the pump will work in high speed, and it will change to low speed automatically after 15 minutes. The

heater will work on low speed state. Press the jets2, water pump2 work.

Air Pump Function: directly click blower Key to turn on/off air pump, after air pump is started, LCDdisplays corresponding mark, it will automatically turn off after 15 minutes.

Thermostat Function: directly clickwarm/cool Key to adjust the temperature, LCD displays correspondingmarks when thermostat is working.

Thermostat Temperature Setting: adjust the warm/cool Key to set water temperature (temperature settingrange: 26-40C), when the water temperature is higher than the set value, the system will

automatically turn off heating function.

Underwater Lamp Function: directly click light Key to turn on/off underwater lamp (AC12V/20W, do notexceed 30W). The light will automatically turn off after 15 minutes.

Filter FunctionIn this state, continuous water may flow into the filter, and the filter core may collect the pollutant

in the bathtub. After a period, the pollutant may obstacle the water, then please clean or replace the

filter if water flow becomes small.

4. Description on reading on the pressure member of filter:When using the filter for the first time, open the exhaust valve on the top cover of filter for relieving

pressure after Pouring adequate water into the bathtub;

Descript ion on using Ozone Generator:1. Normal disinfecting time ranges 15-20 minutes.2. It may generate dense odor if it continuously works for a long time.

. Description on Installation: (see the drawing)

1. Connect the power wire (see the drawing) with the repairing outlet III, assure it is required to install the leakageprotection switch at the position 1.5m above the floor.

2. Connect the main water drainage pipe with the floor drain;3. Repairing outlet I, II and III are used for repairing (shown in the drawing);4. The assistant draiange is installed in the repairing hole I, it requires to connect with water pipe and is controlled

with valve.

. Maintenance:

1. Please clean the massage bathtub with neutral detergent and soft fabric. Do not clean it with acetone, solution,ammonia water and organic solvent, otherwise, it may possibly damage the surface of the bathtub. Mildly wipe off

the adhesive stains on the bathtub with soft fabric and gasoline.

2. If theres scratches on the bathtub, please grind with 2000# grinding paper with water, and then polish with

toothpaste and soft fabric.

3. Please wipe off the water scale on the bathtub with light acid detergent such as citric acid and vinegar.4. Remove the water-return unit and nozzle for clean and remove dirt.5. Do not frequently wipe the gold and chrome plated parts (do not contact it with organic solvent).

Caution: acid glass sealant may damage the surface of electroplating parts.

Please do not clean the bathtub with rough tools, chemical solvent or grain detergent.7. Please do not knock or scratch the bathtub with knife or other objects. Do not contact the bathtub with burning

cigarette or heat source exceeding 600C.

8. Clean the water force massage system: pour into 400C hot water till it exceeds the nozzle surface, add into suitableamount of detergent, start water force massage for 5 minutes, stop the pump and drain out water, and then add into

clear water, and start the water force massage for 3 minutes, stop the pump, drain out water and clean the bathtub. It

is required to drain out remained water in the bathtub if it is not used for more than 3 days. When using water force

massage, please do not add into foaming materials. Do not use too much vegetal cosmetic for preventing to jam the

water net.

9. Check the leakage protection performance for the leakage switch once every 2 months.10. Periodically check if the power core, switches or connectors are damaged by mouse, insects or ants.11. Periodically check the water supply and water drainage pipes, check if it drains out water smoothly.12. Please do not upset or stack the products, please do not store it together with formate or formaldehyde.13. Be careful when moving the product; prevent heavy pressure, mechanical knock or intensive vibration.14. Please drain out water from the bathtub if it wont be used for a long time, keep the environment dry and ventilated

without corrosive gas.

. Instructions on Repairing:1. Replace the massage water pump: cut off power supply, open the bathtub side plate, drain empty the SPAs water,

remove the wires and open the water pump, loosen the fixed bolts and take out the water pump, after replacing the

pump, install power wire, fix the bolts, put into small amount of water into the bathtub, check if theres leakage at

the pump, and then install the side plate of the bathtub.

2. Replace the filter water pump: cut off power supply, open the bathtub side plate, turn off the valves on both ends ofwater pump, remove the wires and open the water pump, loosen the fixed bolts and take out the water pump, after

replacing the pump, install power wire, fix the bolts, put into small amount of water into the bathtub, turn on the

valve, check if theres leakage at the pump, and then install the side plate of the bathtub.

3. Replace the thermostat: cut off power supply, open the bathtub side plate, turn off the valves on both ends ofthermostat, remove the wires, loosen the fixed bolts and take out the thermostat, after replacing, install power wire,

fix the bolts, put into small amount of water into the bathtub, turn on the valve, check if theres leakage at the pump,

and then install the side plate of the bathtub.

4. Replace the filter core: cut off power supply, open the bathtub side plate, turn off the valves, loosen the bolts ontop of the filter, take out the filter, remove dirt on bottom of the filter.

Place the clean filter into the external shell. Clean the O-shaped rubber ring, apply Vaseline on surface and put it into the sealing slot. Install the cover and tighten the handle. Tighten the bolts, turn on the valve, check if theres leakage at thepump, and then install the side plate of the bathtub.

5. Clean the filter:1)Turn off the water pump.2)Turn off the water inlet and outlet valves of the filter, turn on the air exhaust valve and drainage plug to drain out water.

3)Remove the handle of the filter and remove the upper cover.4)Take out the filter, clean or replace it.

6. Clean the filter core:. Filter core can be directly rinsed with pressure water, or blow off the dirt after dry it.

If it cant remove dirt with above two methods, please dip the filter core into HCl solution. Mix 20% HCl with water

at the proportion of 1: 1, pour the solution into a plastic barrel, dip the filter core into the solution. Note: solution iscorrosive, please be careful and prevent solution sprinkling onto skin or eyes.

It is a perfect selection to prepare 1 spare filter core for assuring the filter work effectively.

. The way of filters washing as following:

1) for skimmer filter

1.OPEN THE COVER 2.PULL OUT THE FILTRATION TUCK NET

3.CIRCUMVOLVE AND TAKE OUT THE PAPER CORE 4.WASH THE PAPER CORE WITH WATER, RESET ITAFTER CLEANING

2) For cartridge filter

1.use the key to open the service door.. 2. Turn off the valve of the water pump. 3. Turn off the valve of the filter.

4.turn on the decompressing valve 5. Turn on the drainage valve of the filter. 6. Let the water in the filter drain out.

7. Loosen the screw on the filter. 8. Take away the cover of the filter. 9. And then take out the paper core.

10. Clean the paper core with water,and then put it inside, after that reinstall

it, is will be ok.

11. After reinstalling the filter, you can turn on the water pump valve, andturn on the filter valve, and then turn off the drainage valve, everything will

be ok.

7. Anti-frozen of filter:In some area, water may be frozen in winter, under this case, please stop using filter, remvoe it and clean thecore,

store it in safe place or move the filter core to interior.

. Troubleshooting:Faults Reason Solution

.Warning: Please read followig instructions before using the abvoe products, it is the assuranceforsafety for the SPA user.

1. Please cut off power supply after using the massage bathtub;2. Old people, pregnant women, child and suffers with heart disease or high blood pressure shall be accompanied with

adult when using the product.

3. Danger: Alcohol, narcotics or drug may cause danger.4. Please strictly follow the safety instructions when using.

5. Assure water flows out from nozzle smoothly. Otherwise, it may possibly damaged relative parts.6. Please test the water temperature before using SPA for preventing scald.7. Warning: water temperature shall not exceed 40 for preventing scald, 30 -40 is the safe temperature range for

human, if you want to use the SPA for 10-15 minutes, please drop the water temperature. High water temperature is

not beneficial for pregnant women. It is better to keep the water temperature lower than 38 for pregnant woman.

8. Please take the physical property of the medicine before using SPA medicine.9. Please do not immediately use SPA after intensive exercise.10. Please stop using and see a doctor if you feel uncomfortable during or after using SPA.11. Please do not move or open the cover of filter frequently.12. It may damage the surface of SPA if it exposes under intensive sunlight for a long period, please cover it if it is not

used for prevent intensive sunlight.

13. Please clean the paper core of the filter once a week if the SPA is used frequently.14. Heat preserving cover composes of foam plate, please do not let kids play on it.15. It is better that water level is 1cm higher than the probe.16. Do not start the machine if there isnt any water or water level doesnt reach the probe position, do not turn on the

underwater lamp if there isnt water for preventing from damages.

17. Please lock the repairing door and carefully keep the key if the repairing door isnt used.18. Please cut off power supply before any maintenance.19. After maintaining, please test it according to normal operation procedure.20. All maintenances and repairing must be undertaken by qualified and professional technician, please contact the

distributor for more service or authorized technician.
