Aim: How should a defeated Germany be treated after WWI?

Effects of WWI

• Casualties – amount of deaths and injuries suffered during a war.

• Treaty – a formal agreement or pact. • Humiliate – to embarrass or insult, a loss of pride.• Treaty of Versailles: World War I Peace Treaty. Signed in

France, this treaty formally ended WWI.
