Welcome back from Winter Break everyone! Now
that it’s 2012, the countdown to your AICE Exams
has officially begun!
Volume-O-Meter: 0 (No Talking)
Time: 5 Minutes

Hampton is contemplating adding some elements of Schoology into AICE General Paper. It would become the place to upload assignments and where you would receive feedback. The types of assignments uploaded would only be your AICE compositions (like practice General Paper exams), reflective assignments (like Socratic Circle reflections), and Lit Logs. Because not everyone has access to a computer on a daily basis, your Lit Log entries would be slimmed down to one (1) entry per week instead of the 2-4 per week we currently do. You will still be required to keep up to date with your daily readings, but your Lit Logs would not be due until Saturday at 11:59 pm to the Schoology website.
1. What do you think of this idea in its entirety?
2. Speculate on what aspects you like and what aspects you’d like to change (like LL’s being once a week) before we make this transition.
