We’ve received excellent feedback from you about the taste and quality of these new meals. One major difference is that they come in packs of five, rather than two. This means clients will receive a delivery every other week, with an off week every third delivery. You will have to save three meals in your freezer with each delivery, and only eat them on the weekend when you don't receive a box. The weeks are marked on the menu as blue and orange. We will keep track on our end to be sure you are getting the meals you should. Cozy up to Hot Beverages Drinking hot beverages in the cold weather offer benefits beyond

keeping you warm and toasty Coffee is known for improving

alertness but it can also boost your mental and physical

performance Coffee has also been shown to improve mood

Coffee contains antioxidants that regulate blood sugar and prevent

blood clots If you suffer from insomnia high blood pressure or

heart-rhythm disorders drink coffee sparingly

Hot tea protects against cancer heart disease osteoporosis and memory deficits Let tea steep for

at least three minutes to get the most of that delicious cup Herbal tea is really not tea at all rather

an infusion of flowers roots barks and berries However herbal teas can assist with sore throats

inflammation and stomach disorders And yes even cocoa offers some great benefits Cocoa

contains antioxidants that help control blood pressure and reduce stroke risk Be careful cocoa is

also high in sugar so limit yourself to just a cup or two

This winter pour yourself a cup of something warm and enjoy a relaxing and healthy beverage

Exciting news For the eleventh year running the Meals on

Wheels network is participating in the Subaru Share the

Love Event Over the past ten years Subaru and its

retailers have helped Meals on Wheels to deliver nearly 2

million meals nationwide to seniors in need

Why does Subaru support Meals on Wheels Too many seniors are struggling to stay independent and

healthy One in four seniors lives alone in isolation and one in seven seniors might not know from where

their next meal is coming This is simply unacceptable which is why Gray Gourmet provides the

nutritious meals friendly visits and safety checks to the seniors of area This vital support keeps seniors in

their own homes where they want to be

This November 15 2018 through January 2 2019 for every new Subaru vehicle purchased or leased

Subaru will donate $250 to the customerrsquos choice of participating charities Meals on Wheels is one of four

national participating charities and has been since the inception of the event Through this event as a
